They were so lovely and showing us pieces of Jewelry that were on sale.We ended up buying a pair of earrings and I was looking for earrings for my daughters wedding that was coming up.I worked closely with Carrie who spent so much time trying to bring in earrings from different vendors so I could find just the right pair which I eventually did! Brought in our 2 month old daughter to have her ears pierced. Jessica was helpful and patient with us as we picked the earrings we liked. Gary was very calm and walked us through everything. He took the time to make sure the two sides were even and waited until our daughter was relaxed and not moving. They also did a great job of explaining how to care for piercings at home. The baby stopped crying before we even got to the car. Could not have asked for a better experience!

Made an appointment because of the pandemic at the moment. We were assisted right away, extremely clean. The gentleman was very pantient with my 10 month daughter. I was nervous but he made us feel at ease and I trusted his expertise. My daughter was not happy but the gentleman was quick and concise. Excellent service! I got my ears pierced there earlier today and they made sure everything was even and perfect and I felt so comfortable in the hands of a professional because the man who pierced my ears had told me he was piercing ears for about 30 years which made me way less nervous. The piercing itself didn’t hurt at all when he did it and I now have my second hole which looks absolutely beautiful with these earrings I also bought there!!!!

Great staff that offers helpful advice when making a purchase. They offer quality items at every price point. Repairs are done well and promptly. They also offer ear piercing services and have pierced my daughters ears without any issues. The owner, Gary, was especially patient and helpful repairing items from my parents estate along with assessing the value of coins that my father had collected.

Gary worked with me tirelessly after my setting from Blue Nile wasnt working out. He talked with me over the phone many times, even worked to figure out to how to get my ring to me when their hours didnt line up with my work day. They are awesome.
