They came back early the next day and immediately got to work. They were able to remove the stains on my carpets. They cleaned it perfectly. Additionally, they used natural cleaning solutions with no chemicals. Now our carpets look great and smell fresh. The service price is fair and no hidden fees here. I am disappointed in the job that was done on my very expensive rug. There are dark lines on the rug which appear to be dirt and the colour has faded. Unfortunately these things only became obvious after the 48 hour policy had passed. I am also disappointed with receiving no response to my email outlining my issues. I couldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
