I have come to Sal’s twice now and cannot recommend it enough. I don’t even post or write reviews typically, but just felt I needed to extra thank them in some way. I travel a bit to get here — that’s how good it is. They are kind, patient, and generous with their time.

I cannot get over how awesome Sal’s Auto Service is. They are honest mechanics, telling you what you need instead of padding services and charges. It is so rare to find mechanics you can trust that do great work.

I found this place looking through the website and after reading the reviews I made an appointment. After going to 3 different mechanics shops in my town my car still have some noises while driving. I got to this place at 8am the owner was waiting right in front of the shop, greet me, rode my car to hear the noise and brought the car inside for inspection. They showed me the parts that needed to be changed, gave the estimate and I agreed with the price, waited for my car to be fixed and I am very pleased with the job. The shop is super clean, very organized and the mechanic are very knowledgeable.. I highly recommend this shop!

I found Sals because of repeated referrals from their customers and they were all correct. I couldnt be happier with the work theyve done for my Highlander. Carlo and Joe run a fantastic operation. First they found a problem that has been bothering me for months and - and which several other shops couldnt even identify - and took care of it. Then they suggested a few followup repairs, which I had done and my car now runs like brand new. Their customer service is excellent, they are respectful, pay attention to concerns, and offer suggestions to help anticipate problems. Very friendly and accommodating ! I was there for an inspection & wheel rotation with my two children both under age of 11. They were done an hour later! I noticed they got to my car as soon as they could and I was very pleased with their professionalism and bedside manners. Also, I had some fresh paint marks on my car and they took care of it for me. I had oil change on my car. It was done in a very timely manner and the service was great.As I had about an hour after I dropped my car off I decided to walk to Trader Joe’s and buy some groceries.When I went back to Sal’s auto shop, his son gave me a very kind update that my car is being worked on at the moment.Then he gave me another update 5-10 minutes later.This kind boy even carried my bag of groceries to my car and I know when I get old this place will continue to be my preferred auto shop.I will keep going back to Sal’s auto and highly recommend the shop to others.

Great auto repair shop and great staff. I needed my tail light fixed within 24 hours to avoid paying a summons and Sals was able to do this the second I pulled up - without calling ahead. The employees there were also able to recommend some great hubcaps and replace my missing one for me. I just moved to the area and this was the first auto place I attempted to go to off of google. I will definitely be going there for any future services I may need!

Upon the advice of a friend I went to Sal’s for the first time about a month ago. From the moment I met Joe I knew I’d never go anywhere but Sal’s again. He took the time to answer all my questions, explain the work that had been done, and the price was more than fair. Today was my second visit and it was just as great as the first. Joe and Carlo (as well as the other mechanics) are beyond friendly and professional and they do such a thorough job that you can have complete confidence the work has been done correctly. The entire crew is very knowledgeable and kind. The shop is clean. They take good care of your vehicle and are very detail oriented. Prices are reasonable. I ended up took my car there by friend’s recommendation, and I’m glad I was listening to my friend. Friendly staffs and professional mechanics.

After using a few local mechanics in the area where I live and not being happy with the results. I asked Google for the top rated mechanics near me and Sals was the the first to come up. I went to Sals and met Carlos & Joe I told them I needed to drive to Florida in a couple weeks. They put my 2002 Yukon Xl on the lift and five of them ran a fine tooth comb over the truck. In 45 minutes I had a list of exactly what my truck needed. I told them to fix it and by the next day at lunch time my truck was done on time with all the work needed. I will come back to Sals from now on. The guys are great. Keep up the awesome kindness.

Best damn auto shop Ive ever known. I have had my car for ten years. Its still in excellent condition thanks to the Sals team. Lets put it this way, I live hundreds of miles away, but I still only take my car to Sals. They once quickly resolved an issue with the navigation and entire electrical system that two specialists (far away) and the Lexus dealership failed to resolve. Sals is better than any dealership.Sals Auto is a local institution, now on its second generation, led by brothers (Sals sons) Joe and Carlo. Its a true family affair. They invite their clients to join them for a Christmas party in the workshop on the Saturday before Christmas. This business is woven into the fabric of the community, and I wont take my business anywhere else.

Brought my parents car in for some work and to check for a parasitic drain on the battery. Waited 3 weeks before they even looked at the car. Finally was told they needed a new battery. I called back to double check bc it did not seem to be a battery problem and confirm they checked for a drain on the battery. They assured me it was all checked and no drain. A week later after they installed new battery and charged for labor etc. car is dead. I bring the car to another shop who found the drain on the battery quickly and fixed it. It was the worst service and quality I have ever experienced at a service/repair station. I called to ask about this and I received no response.
