This is a great office to work with. Ive been a customer for almost twenty years and I cant imagine working with anyone else. Todd is personable and ready to sit down and explain anything; the office staff has answered a thousand questions by phone, email, and text and been gracious without limit even when I probably should have known some of the answers. I have all my life trusted State Farm with my car & home insurance and never been disappointed. For most of my life I never needed any help i had my first car i think in 1976 i went many years most of my life with no accidents then just a few years ago i had 2 accidents fortunately nobody injured but resulted in replacing both cars and State Farm was prompt and fair to me. The most recent and scariest was from losing my coop apartment here in New York which was and still is a severe injury to me but fortunately State Farm, Todd Randall, his staff and the company helped me through this traumatic experience beyond the cash value of my property I know because I am a social worker and this experience was like i said trauma. Unlike many people in my building also at loss my policy carried me the longest and every day from beginning until end i knew i could call someone who would answer questions literally give me suggestions, advice, and making it personal to the point i felt like the State Farm staff was actually giving me more than insurance but actually to the level i felt i was receiving social work, empathy, and therapy from my insurance agent and State Farm staff! All i can say is i will always stay with State Farm i get chain letters and phone calls or emails virtually daily from other companies swearing they will undercut my premium rates and usually i do look for a bargain but again i am old school never gree up with computers or cell phones i know i am the tail end of the baby boomers but time will teach a person everything and it will always be true that you get what you pay for and i will always pay for State Farm insurance so i can be sure i am going to be safe.

I would like to thank Todd Randell. Todd is an amazing Agent. I moved from NY to Washington State. I did not bring my car. My insurance is pending, for when I get a car here in WA. I still had questions to ask. Every time I called Todd would explain and make sure that I knew what was going on. I technically still had insurance but in another state. Todd went the extra mile to make sure that my insurance is still ok out here in WA. It is very rare that you meet someone that goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done right.
