Went for a simple notarization & the notary was not willing to help me saying the form had to be prepared for notarization format.. I never heard of that!.. Went to my notary in town & got it done in 5 seconds.. It was a simple private party bill of sale, never heard of a specific form for this!.. Notary usually checks ID, stamps & signs.. Dont waste your time, unless you have an official notary form they wont service you..

I ship regularly and use UPS in Sayville as well. I always come with printed and packaged package.Somehow there is one guy in the store that always try to find way to make me pay more money: One time is the envelope I used is not for 2 day ship (and he could not provide me any substitute envelope only for a charge of about $6) next time, the barcode is not working and he cant print new label, only if I pay $4Other places, like USPS and Fedex will provide with free envelope and will help you if require, but I guess not this store.

On October 14th my husband went to the UPS store in Sayville to mail a very large check out. We thought this would be the safest way. We paid extra for 2 day delivery. Well we had the tracking and the last known place was in the same town it was going to a week later. When the letter was not received again. We contacted UPS customer service in Nashville and they said the stamp that said it was there doesn’t matter. They did not know where it was, that it was loss. We then contacted the location in Sayville again for some assistance and they said it was loss they will give us a refund for the cost to mail, BUT they would have to have a check and will take a while.We were notified yesterday 11/17 that the check finally came in. My husband went this morning to get the check. Guess what...they could not find the check. Later on in the morning they call and said they have the refund check, but my husband can’t get it now as he has to go back to work. You would think after all this time and such poor customer service they would say let us mail this to you, or deliver it -we are less than 5 miles from the store.Do not ship anything from this store, if you want to have it received. They are the worst ever.

Awesome store, amazing owner & staff! I have a small local business and I cant tell you how many times the team at this store has gone above and beyond to help me...They make sure my shipments go out as early as possible and have helped me unload and carry my very bulky, heavy shipments and more... Just cant say enough about this store and the staff. Highly recommend.

Im a Physician Assistant, working front line out of a quarantine tent at a local urgent care center during the current CoViD-19 pandemic.The two great guys at the Sayville UPS Store were gracious enough to call UPS directly to track down my shipment of 2 sets of precious 3M PPE/PAPR Respirators I have been waiting on for several weeks, and to keep the shop open to insure that I would be able to get these into the hands of our staff tomorrow.Thank you to Bob (the store owner) on behalf of the entire medical crew at LI Urgent Care, West Babylon. You guys are life savers!

I cant even put into words how disgusted I am with the inability of this store to provide the customers w basic pack and ship service. You cant package items in the store. (thats what the counter girl said) You cant have a piece of tape. You have to buy it. (for way over normal retail prices) You have to buy a box for at least 10x the going rate. This is why places like toys r us go out of business. Greedy greedy policies. Exorbitant prices and awful customer relations. not that UPS is going anywhere but people in general are tired of being fleeced like this.

I am so upset with this store. I sent my fiance in to send a package to North Carolina. I had checked the shipping estimate online and it said ground would get there in 2 days (the date was Dec 19 with the estimated delivery date for ground as Dec 21). When he was sending the package out and told them where it was going, the girl behind the counter told him that it wouldnt get there until new years! On the UPS website, it said the estimated delivery date was Thurs, Dec 21!! She never said it wasnt guaranteed within 2 days, only told him it just wouldnt get there until new years. He obviously wanted it there for Christmas, so she convinced him the only way to get it there in time was 2 day shipping. Not one thing was said about how sending it ground may actually get there by Thursday or even a day late on Friday. He has never shipped with UPS so he doesnt know how it all works and how much it costs, so he agreed and ended up paying $58 in total for something that should have only cost $12. She also told him that the box wasnt allowed and would have to be put into a new box - this was a perfectly fine white box which I had taped on all sides - Ive been shipping through UPS for work for years, i know what kind of boxes can be shipped. I called UPS and they said I would have to go back into the UPS store and discuss it with them. It was obvious I wasnt going to get anywhere with the woman behind the counter this morning. Taking advantage of customers who dont know much about shipping is not okay. I will NEVER use this UPS store again.-- Response to owners response - I completely understand there were some delays with shipping, but the problem I have is that your employee said that it wouldnt get there UNTIL NEW YEARS if shipped ground... and that is not true. Really? it would take an extra week after Christmas for a package to get from NY to NC, when it was shipped out on the 19th?? I had multiple packages being delivered to myself and to other people and I had absolutely no issues with delivery time. This package could have absolutely gotten from NY to NC in 2-3 days. The right thing to do is be completely honest with your customers and just say Ground shipping would be normally be 2 days in transit, but we cant guarantee it . Instead he was told the ONLY way to get there was 2 day ship. It cant be that hard to give your customers the option to ship ground and explain it.

Do not go there! They charge for dropping DHL. They asked me for $1 fee to accept my paid DHL package which was paid in full. Big scam.. to make money. Avoid this location!!!

Lady that works there with blonde hair is NASTY!!! I was returning an item to amazon and I wrapped the box in brown shipping paper and she said UPS does not except packages this way?!?!?! Really?!?! She told me with an absolute attitude that I would have to either by a box to put it in or pay $15 for the package to be walked through the conveyor belt?!?!? What is your conveyor belt made of, chainsaw blades. Do not use this place and if that is true do not use UPS.
