NuMotion’s staff are the most caring professionals in the business. We worked with Tom Imundo and Janelle Cohen for our new wheelchair order and received white glove treatment. We were able to contact both directly and received immediate responses to every communication. I highly recommend NuMotion for your medical service needs. We purchased a wheelchair but they supply other services as well. I hope this review will help you and your family make the best choice for your loved ones.

I have dealt with the Sayreville location since 1995 and purchased 2 manual wheelchairs and 2 power chairs. In the past I had no major complaints the staff has always been great to deal with. I was very disappointed when my power wheelchair died on this past Sunday and when I called NUMOTION Monday morning I was told the earliest they can send a technician out is September 7th. This means I will be trapped in my house since my backup wheelchair is 10 years old and undependable. I guess being a long term customer doesn’t mean anything to NUMOTION.

This place puts the clients first at all times. I was without a chair due to a breakdown. My insurance co.was taken their time. when Mike and staff came through with a loaner and this saved Christmas for me .i was able to go to events with my kids and grandkids. God bless them.

They made my wheelchair and got me my smart drive motor. I love dealing with Ed because he is extremely down to earth and would just speak to you about any questions you have. He is very patient because I know I had a million and one questions about my chair and the smart drive and be patiently sat with me and walked me through every step and piece. He walked with me to operate my smart drive and talked me through as well as he made me do a few runs so I feel comfortable operating it by myself.

I recently got the wheelchair from this company and they order a wrong bag Now i am waiting for four month and no respond

Has taken care of all my daughters wheelchairs,seating etc needs..all techs they have sent have been great..Ed is awesome for overall everything, works with us in conjuction with Kessler..he is amazing!!!
