This is a very nice Sams Club. The membership prices are reasonable. You can find some terrific deals here. Big selection of electronics, household goods, and clothing. I wish they had more organic bulk items. Prime brisket at unbelievable price!

Were back! We let our Sams account expire a few years back because of work changes & an empty nest coming about. We realize what weve been missing now that we started back with Sams. That is $avings & food choices & cool things offered to us. Now were capitalizing on the supplies & goodies we can get for really great prices and were going to keep going back.

You need to open some cash registers in that store I dont like self-checkout.I was the first one in the store picked up six items that I knew exactly where they were I was five deep in line with one register open. You guys have got to do better than that. Plus your toilet paper rolls have gotten smaller and youre still charging that same price along with your paper towels. Dont think people dont pay attention please send of the American purse once again.

This Sams was.....OK.....only 2 registers open at 1pm in the afternoon.....soda dispenser was not working at all and the icee machine was down!!...Im being generous with 4 stars!

Worse meat department ever. The manager Tim is never in there managing and send crew out there clueless on what to do. This store is poorly mismanaged and has incredible turnover rates.

The in-person shopping experience and the stuffs they have available at this club, overall was great. Have been going there for many years. At the same time, if I had the opportunity tuning to give them less than 1 star, I would. The reason being that they do not answer phone. I have called their tire & battery and member service for over 2 weeks regarding my tire purchase. No one ever answer the phone at that period of time. I decided to have my auto service done else where

Sams is an amazing place to go but today was a lesson that this one is not where you want to go if you want good service. The concession food area was a terrible experience. Food is fine but the service attached was terrible the fountain drinks, all but three where out. I asked him if he could change them we would wait I was told you would have to wait until the truck comes. I didn’t get what I ordered and when I asked about it I was told to get back in line (mind you by this point there are 10 people in line) so I just said forget it. Even at checkout I did self check out had a question about the payment and the guy helping rolled his eyes and proceeded to help as if my question ruined his working experience. From here on out I’ll stick to a more pleasant location in pooler

Just moved to the area and joined sams club because it is so close. Oh my god the price savings on many of my favorite things was impressive! Best money saving choice I have made in a while was joining sams club. Well pleased indeed.

Im in hospitality and buy only few things here in bulk so may not be best judge but wanted to pay special thanks to staffer, RIDZ, for being super friendly and helpful. Incredibly hard working and all around service oriented guy. Deserved a little recognition!

Supposed to have a club pick up between 5-6. I arrived at 5:37. Spoke to someone in member services who was zerohelp other than tell me to talk to Sarah. Was told they are busy and behind in orders. Seems they need more employees. No one had even started shopping for my items until 5:45. At that rate I could have done it myself. I will say the guy was fast and friendly getting my stuff to me. But Sams can do better.

The cafe area is a good place to get pizza from; its on par with dominos & cheaper.This Sams does not staff enough people to work the cafe area. Friday and Saturdays, there is a long line and wait.

Employees always just standing around, and the ones that are working seem overwhelmed. And what is up with the Men’s Restroom

Standing in a 10 min line to exit the store so they can scan your receipt prevents all social distancing efforts made while shopping. Get more people to scan receipts or make a better line to exit. It takes me longer to exit the store than the total amount of time shopping.

Clean and organized, aisles free of any clutter. Store easy to navigate around, flows well for the most part. Staff we encountered were all super nice. The prices are not all they are cracked up to be.

The item i needed was not in stock but the staff provided excellent service.

Bathroom was filthy. Cashier was quick, pleasant, and organized. (I was the cashier.) Getting out of the store took almost as long as the shopping did: 16 carts lined up in front of me waiting for one employee to scan everyone’s order. RME - why must he scan everything? If he’s going to scan it all, then he should have also been the cashier. Poorly planned process. Painful.

I always enjoying shopping here. Yesterday was one of the best it wasnt very busy the store was stocked up with everything I needed. And I didnt have to wait in line to make my purchase rolled right up to a very friendly cashier.

Selection isnt always what you may want but the store is clean & the staff is more than egar to help you find what you want. I like my local Sams & the potential to save money is always there!

Long slow line getting out. Had to finally ask someone to help out at the door. Low inventory on of lot of things as I saw many empty shelves.

Never belonged to the Club but did today since there are no Costcos here. Much prefer Costco. Hardly no Christmas stuff which I was really looking for but I do pick up some things on sale like rack of lamp and a big bag of pistachios. Also like their offering of chinese chicken dumplings.

Sams club is a really nice place. Didnt know the quality of clothes and shoes there until I stopped and looked. Can get all your shopping literally done in one place. Definitely going to start doing all of my grocery and clothes shopping here

Very expensive on alot things but live the produce

Tried the online order with in store pick up this week. Since many frozen foods cant be ordered this way,I ended up having to cruise most of the store anyway. Many items that I edited or added before final transmission of the order are not correctly saved either, and I really wasnt happy with the ordering interface. For me, this shopping method is a major bust. Wont be using it again.

Always nice was able to get a Birthday Cake for my son last min. Something small but worth it. He really enjoyed it and our cashier upon checkout was patient and courteous. Check out the small basketball cake. Thats all we needed .

Went to purchase case of canned cat food. There were no pallets on the floor, but there was a wrapped in plastic pallet on shelf above. Asked sales associate (Brian) if we could get a case of the food. He said since it was not unwrapped it wasnt available. Not the end of the world, but did not want to drive to Kroger just for cat food.

Ehh could be better, others are better I guess. Customer Service is okay at best. From both members and team members. The mobile department is sparse and few, if you require assistance it can be a while as not a lot of team members have walkies. A large assortment of goods and whatnot. I have been here 3x I have seen better overall team skills. A lot of it has to do with the stupid virus.

Everyone was in such a great, helping spirit today. God is God.

I always enjoy going to sams except I spend to much.nice store nice people especially in the pharmacy great girls and the pharmacist is always very helpful.

My exp at Sams was good. They had most of the things I always get. The only thing well the main thing I go there to get is the Members Mark paper towels and the lusianna regular tea bags. As normal they didnt have those 2 things. Other than that I got everything else I needed. Check out was great. I LOVE that they now take everything out of your cart and check you out. Good job Sams but please get some pp towels and tea bags.

Why does it have to be so hard? First off I buy many item (fresh meat)for my restaurant. The local Sam’s club was poorly stocked (before COVID-19 until now) that fine. I just have to go multiple Sam’s club to get all the stuff I need. But Y’all told me that fresh meat CAN NOT RETURN, that’s fine I just have to make it quick in and out of the club! Easier to said then done, you’re took away all the registers and replaced with self checkout, ok I use that, then come new rule flat bed cart CAN NOT USE SELF CHECKOUT. Ok I just use the APP to do scan and go(remember fresh meat can NOT WAIT 30 minutes or an hour at the one or two check out register person available+time for transportation ! Ok now every time I use the app for scan and go I have to be back at the self check out to scan more bar code and just so I can pay (should already been paid through the ficking app), verify is cool, but I don’t see I have verified both time today at the club! That’s a 100% of the time required to verified for today with the two purchase. I don’t need to have a red carpet for me, I don’t need to have people/assistance to load stuff my car. I don’t really need any additional help while shopping at Sam’s club. JUST PLEASE DONT MAKE IT ANY HARDER JUST BUY STUFF/item at Sam’s club! What’s wrong with y’all? I can’t wait for Costco to come here

I usually love this place but today the associate with the 2 agro puffs was rude, obnoxious and inappropriate. I asked a question about 3 charges of the same item she was talking to me in syllables like I was special needs pointing her finger and even came from around the register. First why wouldnt I question extra charges when Im paying my HARD EARNED CASH MONEY? I told the associate at the door but Im quite sure it wont go any further😡

At the exit the checker found that the register clerk did not ring up our coffee. The checker had a scanner but no way to correct the store mistake. We had to go back and re-check out. Very inconvenient for the customer. The new system is in place mostly to catch the low life self checkers from putting things in their carts they did not pay for

With Corona changes, Sands had not Neale the offerings they used to, and many kinds of items, such as oohgobs of jewelry and expensive havent, are gone, as date Lane director items. But they have all the cleaning and sanitizing necessities and most food items at not much more than they were previously. I miss all the cool shoes and novelties though. Much more utilitarian....

The Sams Club r busy n dont have much of anything that I was looking for. Got a few items along with a frozen vanilla yogurt from the concession on our way out 😋🙂. Parking was ridiculous mainly for those n a rush, so they park however they want 🤦‍♀️smh.

Sams club has been a staple for my family since I was a kid. This location is great, and we appreciate the cleanliness and clarity of pricing. Checkout is the catch, with lines getting long at times, but typically its no big deal, especially now with so many self-checkout lanes.

The Sam Club is like a smaller warehouse they have everything from T.V. s, food to cook, and cook food clothes, men and women. Its membership only. You may enter with members who has a membership to see inside. They have No take out bag.

I normally send my pickup orders to this location. Normally quick to respond with order being ready. Normally stocked with whatever I need.

First time coming to this sams club on a busy Saturday morning. I placed my curbside order order night before, came in the morning after and it only took 10 minutes before I was out with all of my groceries!

I could spend a whole day and paycheck in this store. I have 2 German Shepherd s and a Shitzu mix and they love their Blue Buffalo dogfood. So when its on sale I drive to Savannah for 6 bags, store limit. Actually I buy most of my pet food here. Good prices for good food. I also have 4 finicky cats who love fancy feast and temptation treats. Always come home with a truck load.

I bought a battery and couldnt return it because I didnt have my receipt but I had my Sams club card and my drivers license I asked for two managers I spoke to them they told me nothing could be done I asked to file a complaint they gave me the 1-800 Walmart number I got home I called the number and they referred me to Sams club member care the member care was very helpful she gave me the information I needed and told me to go back to the store so I can get my battery this information could have been given to me in the store they have incompetent people working that think they know what theyre doing the two managers and customer service I have used this sounds for years and never was not able to return anything
