This was my first time at this location and it went great! Allison did my Brazilian and was super friendly and professional. She made sure I was comfortable and did such a great job that it didnt hurt as much as I had anticipated (which is always good). Will absolutely be back.

First visit here but its my second service. I was pleased with everything. Jasmine was wonderful. I will definitely be returning. The place smelled good and was very clean. Jasmine was very professional we talked the whole time.

I strongly recommend this place to ANYONE, especially if your getting waxed for the first time. I had Allison as my skin care specialist when I went in, and she was super great, it was my first professional Brazilian wax and she made me feel very comfortable!!!! With every Pull, She applied lots of pressure after; and immediately, Started rubbing on the after oil stuff To get the little pain to stop!! In all great experience, she had me laughing the whole time!!! And the best part before she would pull, she would always let me know where she was about to pull from!!! I love that, I will definitely be back to visit Miss Allison and the rest of the lovely staff here at, “Brazilian wax and spa by Claudia”!!!! Marvellous was an absolute gem. Made me feel comfortable and welcome from the very start. Chatted like we’ve known each other for years, even though it was only 15 minutes. I always go to By Claudia Spa for my body hair removal. In my most recent visit, it was first time with the aesthetician named Amari. She was very polite and professional. She was careful and worked at nice pace. She did not rush nor take a long time to finish. Kudos to her because I needed a Brazilian wax like two weeks ago and she did an excellent job snatching every hair.

This is my go to place for my Brazilian wax, Im not always able to get the person I desire, but everyone is pretty good, until today. I would not book again with J Carmen, if this was to be my first time getting waxed I would not return. The whole experience was rough and messier than Ive ever experienced here. She didnt allow the wax to cool down enough before application and at some points didnt allow the wax the harden before pulling, creating a total mess. I think more training need to be conducted, because that whole experience was a no for me. If Ana Marie or Yona are not available I will have to wait until there is a time for me to go.

The young lady Marvelous!! Had the best personality!!! Shes was very confident in what she was doing and passionate about her job. This made me feel more at ease. I will definitely be a returning customer and refer my friends as well.

I was put into my room to undress and prepare for my waxing . Approximately nine minutes later no one entered my room so I put my clothes back on and stepped outside to find out why. I was reassured that they would come to assist shortly so I went back into my room and Undressed. The waxing process was normal however This is the first time that there was a massive amount of Wax left on me and the aesthetician did not remove. I spent my time removing the wax before getting dressed… It wasn’t until I got home and showered that I also found long strip of hair. I’m not sure if this person was not focused on the job this particular day… Or if they just need more training… But this definitely was an experience that put a bad taste in my mouth

Yona was professional oh, she made me feel comfortable. She had amazing conversation. Even though it was painful at times, she gave me time to breathe quickly and went for it. I am super excited about the experience and the work that was done. Now I am soliciting everyone to go get one! Cant wait for my next appointment to get my cat snatched! The front attendant I did not get her name but she was really amazing. Her customer service skills was spot on. And I love her personality.

Full body wax…. Madison was extremely pleasant, I usually see Crystal who is no longer there. However, Madison made me feel very comfortable, she was patient with me, took her time, and careful with waxing. Madison was also knowledgeable about skincare. She answered all of my questions and gave recommendations based off of her experience.

This is my 3 visit. Today I lost my car key and call then telling that I might not be able to make to my appointment that was 9:20 but I called them 20 minutes before my appointment . She wanted to reschedule me for the same day at 2:00pm I said okay. So I found my key before 2:00 and I call then back she said can you make to 9:40 am I said okay but when I called her was 9:33 and I told her my house is 27 minutes away. When I noticed what time it was when I called. I called again to tell her I would make at 10 am when I got here she told me just wait for 2 pm I said okay. I waited on my car for 4 hours. I went back and she said they are running late so 2:40 I said okay fine. Later she tell me they won’t be able to do my way if I can schedule again. What got me mad is that you see a computer in front of you if there was no way that you can do my wax today why you didn’t reschedule me in the beginning before I left the house and waited inside the car for 4 hours. I’m so disappointed with this place and I actually enjoyed it before but the new person at the front desk don’t know what she is doing. Never again will show up here or tell my friends about it.

This establishment DOES not have to worry about me coming back. I’ve been here a few times over the years. I got a Brazilian wax from this establishment and once it was done, I still had a few stubborn hairs. Once done, the young lady took tweezers out of a diluted blue liquid, used it and put it back in the liquid with other tools. As if it couldn’t get any worse when I looked into the liquid there was still a hair attached to the tweezers. Not sanitary.

They did an okay job for a good price but I was only able to schedule one wax online and when I went in and asked to add other services I was unable to. Also once the waxer was done she just walked out with out a word. Was a little weird. Not worth an hour drive there and an hour drive home.

I did not like this salon, the door barely closed to the room I was getting waxed in, they had a moving fan to dry the wax, they used the same stick but a cup so as to save sticks? i would just prefer a new stick every time. Overall just a tacky experience, I went here only because it was a gift. Ive been getting waxed for over 6 years in 2 different countries, 3 different states and have never wanted to run out of a place so fast! They did ask for me to book again and I declined paid and zoomed to the car!

Service was just okay. Technician was rough and barely talked me through the steps. She seemed as if she was rushing and agitated. She didnt even ask me any questions so I offered up all of the information that she should have asked like the fact that I had been waxed before but it had been a while so it was almost like being waxed for the first time. She also recommended a product but when I exited after getting dressed she was on her cell phone and didnt even show me the product or at least tell the cashier what she recommended to me. I would come back but 1)it would probably be a long time before I do and 2)I probably would not use the same employee.

Understanding that getting a wax Brazilian or other wise is not the most comfortable feeling; but having knowledgeable wax specialists makes the process slightly less painful. Brazilian Wax and Spa by Claudia also have the natural alternative to the hard wax which also give amazing results. Overall this place is now my wax home. Happy customer 😊😊

Had my first visit today for a Brazilian wax with Asia and she was amazing! Asia was very knowledgeable about all of the questions I had. She was very professional and very down to earth, which is fabulous in my book. The atmosphere as a whole was great, very clean and inviting. Front receptionist was very helpful as well. I was on spring break and desperately needed a wax! Decided to come here and I was not disappointed! The best wax I have ever had hands down! Better than my home town waxing place for sure! But she cut my hair down before she waxed me and took her time which I greatly appreciated that because the faster the wax the more pain! I been going here for two years and my service has always been great up until today. The receptionist at the desk was very rude and unpleasant from the time I walked through the door. After being waxed and getting ready to pay the receptionist would not honor my discount for a new customer referral. I even went to get my wax esthetician to verify that the customer was in fact a new referral that was recommended by me. (Refer customers all the time) I had the customer full name and appointment date. I paid full price for my wax after sitting there for 10 minutes while she pretended to put in the discount to tell me she couldn’t do it and I had to pay full price. At this point it’s not even about the $5 discount that I always tip back to my esthetician Anna, so I’m really paying full price for my wax it’s about the treatment I receive today it was horrible and I will not be back if she’s at the front desk.

This is my second time with in a few years of visiting this spa. The first time Taylor was awesome (no complaints). This second time I won’t be returning. The young ladies who were there were friendly and nice. My complaint is how many Knicks showed under my brows after getting them waxed and tweezed. It didn’t actually hurt for her to tweeze my eyebrows as I do myself often. But she kept at the areas for an Excessive amount of time. Which caused me to have scars the day after. 🥺 Never again
