The worst option...pay a little extra and save yourself the frustration of dealing with this company

Extremely disgusted with how these peoples technicians are, came in and laughed at an elderly woman, who was having television issues that somehow resolved themselves before technician showed up.Asked why was he even need to be there.Refused to give a work order or any form of identification because he didnt want to be reported for his disgusting additude.Glad I dont have yall company to be honest because super unprofessional and lied saying grandma and tried to prevent him from leaving. Dont send him here again
