I would never recommend this business to any of my colleagues. They do not value the safety of their employees at the location, nor the other patrons in the facility. I reserved a room for a meeting in December. A few days before my meeting, I began feeling unwell. I was tested for COVID-19 and was awaiting results. To protect everyone, I cancelled my meeting and stayed home. I notified the local agent at the Regus building. Regus will not refund the reservation, nor give me a credit for a future reservation. One agent tells me the POLICY is that I must give at least 7 days notice to cancel and another agent stated 5 days. Either way, during a worldwide pandemic some POLICIES may need to be amended.

Avoid at all costs—extremely deceptive business practices. I was in Savannah for one day and needed a place to work. I signed up for a one month lounge membership ($100) on May 3, and they immediately invoiced me for both May and June with no explanation despite or indication they this would occur at checkout. I couldnt connect to the internet, the coffee machine ate my money, and despite trying to cancel immediately it took me over two weeks to hear back from Regus saying that I would be charged for both months and to refer to their Terms and Conditions (their online portal wouldnt even let me cancel for a period of less than a year). Deceptive and shady is an understatement—will be reporting to the Better Business Bureau. Bring your business elsewhere!

Since our office went remote in March (due to COVID) Regus has provided a mail service which has ensured the continuity of our business. Veronica is professional and responsive to our needs. She has been available 24/7 and goes above and beyond to assist us make sure we have no disruption in our business.

Read The Contracts And Make Sure You Understand All The Verb Age. They Will Lie Directly To Your Face And Tell You Whatever To Get You To Sign The Contract. Also Make Sure If They Promise You Anything That You Record Them. Or Else They Will Lie To The End .
