Last time I was here took 3hrs 15 mins to load. This time going on 5hrs and haven’t started loading. People are nice but seems that they’re not working. A lot of shipments will be late .

No overnight parking, if you park on the street be prepared for heavy vehicle traffic & a few horns. Very busy place. I arrived at 0730 & had 4 trucks ahead of me, was given a door(14) & backed up to dock stopping 4ft in front so they can cut seal. Take bol to door 18 with your driver license. Fast unload & pretty much fcfs at dock

Man! This facility is new so the address may not pull up on your gps.Google Maps will get you here if you use address 350 Morgan Lakes Industrial. Your dispatch on this load may read Red Bull but its Geodis on the left.Two security guards take 20 minutes to check you in.Cut off truck engine plz, present CDL,wear Safety Vest. Youre given a door# and paperwork to fill out which shouldve been given to you upon arrival or they should require security guard to fill it out if they could pickup their pace.Youll need your D.O.T#,truck and trailer license plate numbers, pickup number starting with the letter H and a reference number starting with the number 4. Slide tandems to the rear, back into dock.Trailer must be clean for inspection AFTER you turn in paperwork to Shipping Office window.You Check-In a 2nd time!!!!They inspect your trailer while you wait OUTSIDE. Once inspection is clear,bring in two load straps and wait INSIDE to be loaded. Very slow unorganized process. Please arrive 45 minutes before appointment time.Trucks have two lanes at guardshack driveway is short.

Appointment time 1 pm check in 8:20am loaded 9:45 am . awesome place

NO OVERNIGHT PARKING!!! You might be able to get a spot on one of the side roads coming down Morgan Lakes. Not sure how long that will last since the area is fairly new. Loaded quick, less then 1 hr. Check your ppwk also my seal didnt match the bol. Heavy loads out of here!

Girl at the guard shack attitude for days if she don’t like her job may she need to find another one. Another job !! Another short one was ok.

They got one star only because no stars isnt an option. I arrived early and was turned away. They made me back out into the street rather than allowing me to turn around in their lot. I provided two straps for my trailer. I had a difficult time getting them back. Yard hostler is confrontational and might have some anger issues. Office staff will want to photocopy your CDL and have you provide a thumb print. I will not load here again if I can help it.

Lots of room to park and have overnight it’s a new place but don’t follow Qualcomm or gps unless it’s google. Place is very dark if you come at night so beware.

The Warehouse will be on the left hand side off of Morgan lakes industrial drive. Youll see the signs for it. Everyone was professional and courteous. Gaurd will ask for a pu #, a reference # and your ID. Youll get a door to back into. Youll check in at the receiving office after you fill out their form. It will ask you for you trailer license #, dot # and tractor license # so get your trailer license plate # before you back into your spot. Once inside, theyll ask for your ID again and your thumb print. Appt for 1000, checked in 0830, docked 0840, started getting loaded at 0915. Green light at 0935.

The Young Guard at the Gate has a NASTY Attitude with the Truck Drivers for no reason at all

Feels like you going into the CIA headquarters hahaha... they check you too much, waste of time really, makes it even harder on us drivers, need this, need that, bla bla bla other than that is alright, good amount of space on doors, no lines though to help you park hahaha..

The security guards here dont tip delivery drivers that make $4 an hour for the 16 mile round trip drive that they make with their own vehicles. Wish I could give this place less stars.
