On time and professional. Lived up to their name by going above and beyond. We were taken to our villa on vacation from airport.Having never been there, we had an insta cart order delivered. When we arrived there was no order, so we we werent sure we were at correct villa. Driver waited to be sure it was right spot while we got it straighten out.Highly recommend! Both trips to and from airport had friendly and informative drivers.

Horrible experience. Driver refused to put music in. Half hour ride. Gave us wrong number. Had to walk several miles back to get back in van. Currently fighting with cc on payment. Overcharged 150 over what was quoted Called refused to give me receipt. Buyer beware. Take Uber.

Currently stuck on the side of the road because this company’s bus broke down in the middle of transporting back from a wedding. Not getting any updates, in a remote location where all passengers are completely stranded and have no alternative options for getting back to hotels. Seems likely that Above and Beyond Limousine will be the reason 50+ people end up sleeping on the side of the road.

Our hotel booked this company for our pick up and return trips from/to SAV. For RT the cost is over $200. After our initial ride, we cancelled our return trip to the airport with Above and Beyond as they were anything but.  We were very dissatisfied with the service. Upon arriving at the designated meet & greet spot, We had to wait 15 mins. for the driver, then he lied to his dispatcher saying he’d been waiting. Then he never apologized for making us wait for him.  Then on a 90 degree day we got into a hot car and had to ask for decreased temps which seemed to be an issue by his demeanor. Next, we were not offered cold bottled water or cool towelettes.  For $100 I expected these little conveniences and have come to expect same with other car services. Finally, I requested info/quotes online for another trip and they never responded.

I was lucky enough to be able to ride with Above and Beyond recently for an automotive media event that was being held in Savannah. The driver I had Hollis was great, friendly, knew his city, was right on time and picked me up on both ends at the airport and at the hotel. Excellent attention to detail. For sure a great team on the ground there in Georgia.

I hired Above and Beyond Limo for transportation of our family for my daughters wedding events. They took our guests to and from the welcome reception the night before the wedding, and again to and from the dinner reception. They were on time, super professional and courteous, the van was very clean and comfy. We had to delay the wedding due to a family illness, and they were so gracious and accommodating in moving our reservations. Top notch communication too. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

I booked a car for my wedding day in order for my husband and I to take photos around Savannah with our photographer. The wedding day was stressful enough, and we happened to get completely rained out on ours. It defeated the purpose of having the car take us around town for photos and we were unable to do so. I was heartbroken and given the hectic nature of the wedding day, I called the company to see if there was any way to refund (even a PORTION) of the $400 we spent on the car. I was told by the owner Hollis that he was unable to refund me any of my money despite explaining my situation and that I couldn’t help that it rained the day of my wedding. He said he “lost business” that day as he was so booked. He was very rude on the phone and I felt totally dismissed and lost $400 all due to rain. He didn’t seem to care at all about our situation or a way to work with us to resolve it. Great wedding day memories! I would NOT recommend this company!
