Use to be a nice clean place but now its just run down

Nasty place, all the machines dont work right. It ether steals all your money or its turned off. The owner doesnt care to fix anything in there because most people leave without asking for there money back because he selectively doesnt know English. Just a scam place dont come here.

Place was clean majority of the u it’s worked, prices are fair, only con I found was the vending machines were empty sadly due to COVID

Nice staff and lots of washers, but they dont check their machines almost ever. Leftover ink in one drier ruined 30% of my clothes.

I just spent a ton of money on my laundry and the dryers didnt even get hot enough to dry my clothes, no matter how many quarters I kept putting in. There was a very strong smell of sewage from the open drains in the floors. Some of the machines had mildew growing in the place where you put your fabric softener. None of the small machines were working so I had to use a bigger machine for everything. And the washers that state they hold three Loads? Um, no they dont. They hold a little less than a normal-sized home washer. You get 5 minutes for the first quarter on the small dryers and 3 additional minutes for each of the next quarters you put in. You get 5 minutes for $0.50 in the large dryers with 3 additional minutes for each quarter you put in after that. I had my dryers on High and they barely got warm. My clothes didnt even smell clean after coming out of the washers. I am now going to a different laundromat to rewash all of my clothes and properly dry them. Do not go here!! This place is a scam!!!!!

Watch out half dryers and wash machines dont work and theyre not all labeled which ones dont work, even the people working here will refuse to give you your money back on the ones that is not working, I would suggest only putting 1/4 in the dryer to see if it heats up before you put more than that in.

Update::Since this review, the AC has been functioning and being used daily. :)Personally my husband and I love this place. It is in a good location and its quiet. The prices are good. Yes, the majority of the single regular washers are out of order and a lot of the dryers as well but considering the safety of other laundromats in the area this one is a thumbs up. It also has wifi. The biggest washers that hold five loads are $5.25. The ones I use are the four load washers priced at $4.50 for 26 minutes on Normal Hot setting. The dryers work well although Ive had a few denim pieces not completely dry, but I could have added a few more quarters and the problem would have been fixed. The dryers are $2.75 for 31 minutes. The only issue i have is I dont think the AC works. With the rising temps we opt for doing our laundry in the evening. This facility is open from 7AM-11PM every day so you do have plenty of time if you decide to come at a later time because of the heat. Out of the many laundromats in Savannah I recommend this one. :)

Pretty decent prices for the large washing machines, there were a lot of machines that were out of order. Dryers doesnt get very hot. I had my clothes drying for an hour and most of the denim didnt completely dry.

It was my first time at the 99 to Matt it was very convenient that had everything I need laundry detergent and bleach if I needed it and now the change machine to get the quarters you need and it was enjoyable nice and cool while I wait for my laundry and I thank them

Ridiculous. Nearly half of the washer and dryers dont work. Fortunately they had a piece of paper over the coin slot. No cable to entertainment amenities.

Clean laundry center. The hostess is always sweet.....Great please to get change if you need quarters.

I went to this location twice. The first time i went about 530pm on monday. It was empty which was great for me . I notice all the white washer machines doesnt work but its there. I used the silver one for $4.00. Kind of small but it got my job done . i used 2 washers. They were like 23 minutes each.Went to the dryers. If you are a regular you know which ones are quick with drying . as i am not . i used 3 dryers starting at 25cent for 7 min. I put 1.50 in each. 2 at the bottom and 1 at the top. Only 2 dryers actually dried well. Still no crowd. 😊 i notice the screen tv while you wait but it doesnt work. However theres free wifi. So bring your laptops or phones. Because it was slightly empty there were plenty of carts. Not a lot of seating. Or tables. There is a vending machine with very little items such as chips. Starting at 75cent. Drink machine doesnt work but there is a water fountain. Luckily theres a chinese restaurant next door. A mini convenient store. Inside wwl the is a change machine but not atm or card use machines here. I will return as i could deal with my experience here. Not really a bad place.

The WiFi is a joke. The single load washers dont work. The multiple load washers are very expensive. All the washers are dirty and have not been serviced recently if ever. Dryers are set on low heat permanently. Yhis place will be our last resort.

Worst laundry ever very rude and closed earlier than the hours of operation, false advertising.

They have over 20 reg.washing machines that have been non working for2years.now. They only have med and large washers $4.00 to $5.50.
