My sales person was extremely helpful. She attempted to get the dressed ordering in time for my Dec 2021 wedding however that wasn’t possible so instead she made arrangement with alterations to customize the dress instead. The same day my maids of honors were fitted and their dress orders were placed. Overall great experience. Only negative… now after I’ve spent over $1500 on a dress I’m getting coupons via email 🤦🏽‍♀️

Kayla was fantastic helping me select my bridesmaids dress. She helped me understand the sizes, made sure I felt comfortable, gave me extra ways we could save money by signing up for diamond loyalty program or what height of heel I could wear to avoid too much alterations. I will recommend future brides to use David’s bridal because they make it easy finding the best dress for a special day.

We went into David’s Bridal with an unusual request (we were surprising the bride-to-be with a dress; the bride came later after several pieces had been selected) I know the staff thought we were crazy to shop for a dress WITHOUT the bride-to-be. LOL! Amber took on the assignment and executed it perfectly! She was patient and kind and paid attention to details. She understood we had a budget and kept us within it (We went slightly over but it was our fault, lol. Couldn’t pass up the must have pieces and BOGO sales). Absolute awesome person to work with. The whole staff was friendly but Amber is the bomb.com. The bride-to-be said YES TO THE DRESS! I HIGHLY, HIGHLY, HIGHLY recommend Amber! Keep up the good work.

Will never return to the Savannah, GA location again. Amanda simply needs more training she could not figure out how to check out 1 person. Not sure if what was going on. She stated that she would check us out first before completing other young lady’s issue then got flustered and I want to assume forgot. On the other hand there was another available associate her name was Amber and stated that she could not check us out. Blown away is an understatement. She was nonchalant until she was me scan the barcode to leave a review then stood in front of her and wrote down her name. Afterwards it was a completely different story. She got off the phone, claimed she wanted to see what the issue was, then attempted to explain all of nothing. We could have been in and out the store by the time she wanted explaining herself. It’s sad and disgusting. I just pray that this was not a racial issue but I truly believe that it was. I will NEVER RETURN HERE AGAIN!

I worked with Mrs. Julie 2x so far and I couldn’t be any happier. She helped me find a bridesmaids dress for me in my friends wedding, and the second trip she helped me find my wedding dress and let my mother in law find her perfect dress for my wedding, even though she wasn’t scheduled. She was super nice and extremely helpful. Words can’t describe how happy I am with her. I scheduled an appointment today, months early, for my bridesmaids in January just to be sure that I had her to help with it. She listens to everything you say and she’ll help find the perfect one. Went in for a bridal appointment and was extremely happy. Amber was amazing I told her everything I like and she picked the perfect dress for me. She is extremely patient and polite and so happy. I had the best experience with Sue Green! I had an alterations appointment two months before my wedding, my dress was a little tight and she allowed for me to come back in a month to redo my alterations. I came back and the dress wasn’t as tight and the work she did to make me look beautiful was hard work! I am so excited and so happy with how the dress looks on me! Highly recommend this location!

I was apprehensive about my appointment at Davids Bridal. Ive been in the store before throughout the years and havent received much help. My experience was completely different this time around. My stylist Taylor Nelson was very sweet and helpful. She chose beautiful veils to go with the dresses I chose. My mom was allowed to help a bit more and it made all the difference.

I had a few accessories for my upcoming wedding delivered to me out of state; however, when I went to go retrieve them, they were not the correct items. I went to the Savannah store to explain what had happened and Mrs. Kim and her staff were amazing. She scheduled to have me exchange my accessories for the correct ones and even advised me on the proper attire to accentuatemy dress. Her whole staff is very welcoming and helpful.

We tried on bridesmaid dresses this evening, and our stylist, Amber, was so polite, sweet, and helpful! We have one more place to try dresses on at, but we found one we really liked, so we hope that will be the one!

I had a great experience at Davids Bridal in Savannah, GA. I was a bridesmaid in a wedding that was a week away. I busted the threads that were holding the chest to the dress together and needed a modesty piece added. They took a look to see what they could do in a short amount of time. A really nice lady from alterations took time to try and find solution, even without me making an appointment (I didnt know I needed one). She was super honest with me and did her best to help because this was a wedding emergency. She ended up pinning the front and giving me some suggestions that would work. Every employee that I encountered was super nice and helpful! They all were working to make my dress work for me. I would absolutely recommend their services to others!

I ABSOLUTELY loved my experience here. My stylist Julia made me feel so welcomed. She knew the right accessories to go with my wedding dress. Literally the first dress she chose for me I LOVED!!!!! No other dress could compare.

Julia was an absolute delight! I walked in expecting stress, being overwhelmed and not finding THE dress for my wedding. My experience was the opposite, full of happy tears with “Oooohhs and awwwws”. Julia chose dresses that were exactly what I was looking for (including the most flattering for my figure) and the perfect veil to complement/tie everything together. She truly helped in adding the “wow” factor that the groom will not be able to help but tear up when he sees me. I highly recommend having her assist you in your preparation for whatever occasion you’re preparing to attend.

I had the best experience. Everyone was so friendly. The lady who helped me made sure I found the dress that I loved and felt comfortable in. She could tell what I liked and didnt like even when I didnt. When I knew I didnt like a certain dress but wasnt sure why, she could tell by what I did like what I was more in to. She was very patient with me. Even though I tried on several dresses I only liked 2 but went with the very first one I tried on. When she brought it out, I already knew it was me.... But we still tried on others....

Sophie was absolutely amazing. She took the time to go through every part of the dress that was alternated. She throughly explained the bustle to us. She even went as far as to hand stitch a little piece of the leftover dress scraps they saved from dress to hide a piece of my bra I’ll be wearing on that day. She was very patient and super kind. Really grateful to Amanda for all of her time (and commitment) to ensuring I got my bridesmaids dress on time (and in a different state!). At the beginning of July, I went into the store to return a dress I purchased online because I found a different style I liked better--knew I was cutting it close, but was grateful when Amanda ensured me the dress would get to their store in time for my travels to the wedding (late August). Long story short, I ended up traveling to Florida and would be in Florida until it was time to leave for the wedding. Amanda and her team were on it and had my dress shipped directly to where Im staying in Florida. CANNOT thank this team enough for their help!

Amber was my stylist and she was fantastic! I went in to look for my wedding dress and made note of a few. There were so many pretty dresses and after I tried on a few I knew I liked, she kept my budget in mind and pulled a few more that matched what I was looking for. My experience at Davids Bridals in the beginning was a little challenging but after awhile it shifted to be the best experience that a mother could have with her daughter. Mrs. Vicky was very concern when I mentioned to her the rudeness of the other two employees at the front desk. I have been in customer service for many years and I have always and will always acknowledge when someone enters the doors of my business. Mrs. Vicky was very apologetic on behalf of the rude employees and may I add one mentioned that she was a supervisor .I would recommend more training for the staff . When a customer enters the store one should always be acknowledged, there are several ways to acknowledge the customer. I just wanted to take a moment to leave some positive words about my stylist, Julia, at Davids Bridal Savannah. From the moment we walked in, she was attentive, encouraging, and helpful. She took note of my likes and dislikes for dresses, and helped pull dresses for me to try on. Throughout the try-on process, she asked questions that greatly helped narrow the dresses down, such as what was preventing a dress from being a love or what specifically about a dress made it a no. My favorite part about my dress experience with Julia was that she seemed to know exactly which dress I loved the most before I did. When I went to try my final contenders on again, she guessed which I was going back to. To help me, she picked out the perfect belt, veil, and hair piece to really pop the dress and solidify my decision. I cannot speak highly enough about how much her expertise and positive attitude assisted me to saying YES TO THE DRESS!

We had a great experience working with Wendy this past weekend! I was there (Mother of Groom) with the Bride, 3 Bridesmaids, and Mother of Bride. So I thought I had the perfect dress... it was perfect just not for my body. After my alterations appointments I went home and couldn’t stop thinking about my dress. Being that my wedding was 6 weeks away at the time I couldn’t order anything I had to find someone out of the store and it had to be perfect. Let’s just say these ladies were the absolute best! Just went in to get myself sized for an upcoming wedding in which I needed to purchase a bridesmaids dress. I was a walk in (called ahead nonetheless) and to my surprise received just the same attention as if I had booked a week prior. All of the ladies on shift were super helpful and kind, and I was able to find the dress I needed in size, color, and style in one shot. Granted, it was pure chance that I would have these all aligned on a dress that would take me several months to otherwise receive it, I was very pleased with the total outcome! I then browsed bridal dresses on my own, in which I only had two in mind but both were not yet in store since they were Spring 2021 releases. They were fast to help me figure this out, and set up an appointment for when I might have better luck. In total, I was so happy with the service I received that I’ll certainly be returning again.

They always have a wonderful staff. Went this time for my mother to find a maid of honor dress, and she can be a difficult client. All the ladies were so helpful and reassuring.

Very nice people. My specialist helped me find the most beautiful dress Ive ever owned. Not once I felt uncomfortable trying them on. They are also very great if you happen to be a transgender or cross dresser. I will definitely come back in the near future.

My wedding gown was not purchased at David’s bridal, but rather a small boutique out of state. After COVID made us postpone, my custom ordered to fit dress was actually quite big. I didn’t even like it anymore. I was going to purchase a new dress. I met Vicky while picking out a mother of the bride dress for my mom and she told me that they could do alterations on dresses from anywhere. I booked my appointment, went in, and my dress was ready on time. When I got there, the top four buttons wouldn’t close. I was devastated, I cried in the fitting room. Both Erins helped to assure me that the dress could be brought out to fit. Vicky called me the next day and two days after that I had my fitting with her. She stayed late and took my dress back three times to make sure it was perfect and I was going to be comfortable. I brought my dress home yesterday and can’t hardly wait to wear it next weekend. Thank you for making me love my dress again, Vicky!

We had the best experience today during our wedding dress appointment for my daughter. Our consultant Shay was absolutely amazing! She was very informative, polite and fun. We had a large group with lots of opinions and she was so patient with us. She never made us feel rushed or uncomfortable. She was the BEST!!!!

This was my first time shopping for my dress! And let me tell you!! I was so happy with everyone!! The night before my appointment I made sure to read the reviews and I saw a review about Liz, immediately I wanted her!!I arrived at my appointment, I didn’t catch the ladies names! But hopefully! (By reading this management kinda has an idea who was there that morning)The two ladies at the front were AMAZING! Such sweet ladies! Helped me get signed in and signed up online. Told her my budget and she directed me where to look.Next my stylist called out my name and she introduced herself, asked me my budget, date, style, size.She sized me first, then I started looking.Once I picked out some dressed I started to try on the first dress.Asking me how I feel, on a scale of 1-10?, to try it with a veil. She had an attention to detail!!After getting into the first dress, I realized my stylist was Liz!!!And I told her! About reading the reviews, hoping I would get her today and I did!!So I felt even more comfortable and confident about my appointment.I brought in my mom and daughter, but having Liz there was honestly like having one of my friends there. She was honest about the dresses I didn’t like, and she helped me out so much, with figuring out my dress details.Unfortunately I didn’t find the ONE! But I have a second appointment this week, and of course again with LIZ!!This was my first bridal shop, and I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND LIZ, and David’s bridal!!

Julia F. was very helpful and pleasant. She was not overbearing and I am thankful for that. She didn’t take offense when I initially said I didn’t need assistance. She waited and later came back to assist me, just in time. Maybe she has a sixth sense for these things. 😆 In the end, she helped me piece together an elegantly beautiful look for my special day. Amber was Amazing! I have a special event to go to and was really picky about the silhouette of the dress I was looking for. She listened and got me to try things that were typically out of my wheelhouse. Boy does she know what she’s doing! I will be back for all my events in the future and always ask for her!

I was definitely pleased with the David’s Bridal in Savannah, GA! My stylist Raven was super friendly and helpful and I’m really glad we had her guidance! She was great and I’m overall extremely happy with my dress & service here!

I was very displeased. I made an appointment to get a bridesmaid dress and they had me under my maiden name instead of my married name. When I got there there was a consultant who wanted to go on break but didn’t realize she had an appointment with someone and sounded disappointed. The consultant that Had me wasn’t even there and was on break. So we had to wait 30 mins until she came back. Then she looked like she didn’t want to be there and really didn’t even help me. I asked her if she could size me since I don’t know my dress size. She measured me and It wasn’t the right size when I tried on the dresses. I chose 3 dresses to try on and the consultant was there only for the 1st one I tried on. I couldn’t even find her for trying on the other 2. I brought my friend to see what type of dress that looks best on me. My friend and I found the perfect dress for me and no one asked us if needed any help and I was going to order the dress that day. We walked out and I didn’t order the dress and I was very disappointed. In my 1st marriage the experience was awesome and I loved it, but this time it was horrible. I hope when I do go back it will be a better experience.

Every experience at David’s Bridal has been exceptional. Theresa was fabulous and helped me pick the perfect dress and Sue and the alterations department were wonderful for my first fitting. Thank you for such a pleasant experience. 🥰
