This business is run by a smart and very capable staff. They are conscientious and offer a very good product. The office is very clean and the personal are nice, well mannered. I’ve never walked out of an appointment in the least way dissatisfied. 👍👍👍. Well done ladies, well done.

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!!! Everyone here is so friendly and helpful and I was able to get hearing aids at less than half the cost I was expecting. I paid around $2000 for great new ears and all the after care, etc. comes free. Dr. Palmer is amazing and I actually look forward to my visits. Highly recommend.

My experience at AHAS has been exceptional. I wear hearing aids specifically for my tinnitus and anytime I have had a problem or needed an adjustment, the staff at AHAS has always been more than accommodating. The entire office has taken the time to get to know me and remember me. AHAS really treats me like I am one of their family members! Thank you for giving me my life back and a little bit of freedom from my tinnitus.

I have been happy with the service for the past 4 years or so, and the technical assistance I received today was prompt and efficient. However, I was shocked today by staff at the front desk not following mask protocols despite the signs on the door insisting that clients must wear masks. One staff member had a mask dangling from one ear while she was on the phone and approaching me across the counter while I paid a bill. After I had paid the bill, and sat down, the staff member after the phone call put on the mask, but then removed it while talking to a colleague who was wearing a mask. As I stood up and asked about the mask policy, the staff member put it on properly, and then said she removes it to talk on the phone and said that, anyway, I was on the other side of the counter. People talk on the phone with masks on all the time. Masks prevent distribution of the virus into the air and then circulation to others in the room. She made me feel unsafe and her arguing with me was upsetting; I will not return to this office because she made the experience unsettling.

It’s a great feeling to go from struggling to hear a conversation to being able to hear every word effortlessly. Dr. Timna and her staff were amazing in helping me regain my hearing. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Palmer is excellent. She listens to any problems and makes you feel at ease. I am thrilled to have her as my audiologist.

I have been a patient of Dr. Susan Timba for over 6 years and highly recommend her for anyone with questionable hearing. She has always been responsive to my hearing aid concerns and has handled repairs and replacements in a timely fashion, offering me quality temporary hearing aids. She is also a pleasure to work with and be around.

What a wonderful facility! The staff is 100% competent and eager to help, and the reception area is absolutely inviting with coffee and refreshments available. Both Gina and Ashley were just wonderful to my father and I. 5 out of 5 stars, this office will leave you feeling cared for.

Ive found all of the staff at AHAS to be professional, friendly, compassionate, helpful and anxious to help you achieve complete satisfaction with their services and hearing aid products. Ive recommended them to numerous friends and acquaintances.

Service is excellent I never have to wait more than 15 minutes on any business day to see an audiology tech, who can resolve 90+% of my needs. Kenyada in the Skidaway Office is the person whom I have seen the most recently and she is very good. And, if an audiologist appt. is needed, that generally can be arranged quite soon.

It was a very informative examination and hearing test. The staff could not be more pleasant. Definitely recommend this place.
