Do not use this company! I’ve been trying to get a window replaced by them since June 7th. They have never contacted me to update me on the status of the replacement (even when they said they would). They’ve shown up at my home multiple times without calling first. The last was on July 7th, when they installed the wrong window and we’re going the leave the glass from the broken window in my yard, saying they’d clean it up when they came back but giving no timeframe for when that would occur, and there was a storm predicted to come through that evening. I also have a dog that could have stepped in or eaten the glass. I had to call the company to get the tech to come back and clean up their mess, which they partially “cleaned” by throwing loose glass in my trash can. That was over a week ago and I’ve received no updates on when the correct glass would be brought (though I’m sure they wouldn’t let me know ahead of time). When I try calling the office no one answers. No one I’ve dealt with at this company appears to have any concern with doing their job well, if at all, or taking responsibility for their actions. I will never use them again and I will highly discourage everyone I know from using them! It should not be this hard to replace a window!

Savannah Glass installed all of our commercial storefront window systems both inside and outside of our office. They did an absolutely gorgeous job and were very responsive to my calls! Highly recommended!

So...I contacted Savannah Glass about replacing a broken window at a property that I manage. The employee that I spoke to on the phone was short and dismissive. Nonetheless, I set up an appointment with them for the next day between 8AM and Noon. They never showed and never called. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

Great Service!! I needed tempered glass shelves for a china cabinet, and cut-to-fit glass panels for a display cabinet. They were incredibly responsive to my online inquiry, and emails detailing my needs were met with great input/expertise/advice. The pricing was fair (and ended up as quoted), the pieces were completed ahead of estimated timing, the quality was very good, & the customer service (shoutout to Leslie) was great. I cant say enough positive things about my experience in working with Savannah Glass!

Thanks Leslie for the awesome service today! Same day service and did what they said they were going to do for the price that they said they were going to do it. Savannah glass helped us with a client of ours today and I would call them again in a heartbeat. Im not sure why they have a one-star review but their number is now programmed in my phone and I will be using them in the future!!!
