I purchased a fur coat for my daughter and I. It was my daughters first fur coat and she was so EXCITED!!! The staff at Kirschner furs made our fur coat shopping experience super fun!! Looking foward to purchasing another real soon.

We were down visiting my in laws in Georgia, and my wife was given a nice mink coat. We took it in for a cleaning, and the woman there was one of the most rude person we have ever encountered. Then the owner came out and was even more miserable and rude. I guess they dont understated customer service is a large part of any business! I would recommend you go anywhere else! Needless to say we walked out after I mentioned they should work on their customer service.

Ive been taking my furs for cleaning and summer storage for at least four years now and cannot speak more highly about Kirschner Furs. They provide excellent customer service and are extremely knowledgeable about fur coats/jackets and how to take care of them so that they last for years. I have been taking my fur to Kirshners for years and have never had any problem with anyone working there. Never had any problem with service to my fur as well. Kirshners has always given my fur good cleaning and happy, cold summer hibernation. My fur and I will continue to enjoy Kirshners excellent care. I trust them.

The place itself is filthy, the owner is one of the most rude unprofessional humans I have ever encountered. I think his name was Charles, and was he not only rude he was inappropriate to my wife. So if you are looking for a rude owner to say inappropriate things to your wife you found your spot! Honestly one of the worst experiences of my life!
