Beware of poor and lazy business practices. Our insurance is not accepted by them, but they refused to provide me with a receipt for services that I could submit on my own to my insurance company to try and get reimbursement. Now I’m stuck paying for services for my son now that he’s already established with a counselor.The reason I was given is that my “insurance isn’t likely to reimburse me anyways”. That may be the case, but that’s my business to take care of.
