Terrible experience. We ordered a large dining room table, solid piece of marble top in one piece, pedestal stand in separate piece, from the west coast. We paid for white glove delivery which includes delivery and assembly in dining room (not a cheap charge either.). First, Spirit was to be there at 8:00 am on a work day. Both my husband and I were at home from work in order to inspect and make sure table was acceptable and assembled in the proper place in the room. No Spirit. We waited for an hour, they never bothered to call. Then they were supposed to be there late in the day but got lost. They were over an hour late again with no call. When they got there, the guys on the truck said they never heard of white glove service, had not been trained in it, and couldnt bring the table in cause they didnt want to be responsible if they broke it. My husband spoke to a supervisor who claims she had never heard of white glove delivery either, which is common in the furniture business. So, we didnt get the table last week, have been waiting for someone for over a week for arrangements to be made. Home Depot?...Hope you are paying attention to these complaints.

Absolutely ridiculous! I am astounded that Home Depot has stuck with this company. If this is my delivery choice in the future I will shop elsewhere. Just had one of their driver stand in my kitchen and yell at me about how I needed to hurry up and sign the paperwork because he was running late (they had a 2:15-6:15 window and showed up at 7:05). They did not complete the installation of my washer and dryer and left a mud track with there dolly and shoes through my house. I called and spoke to a CSR who actually told me that there was no one who could help me and that he was my best person to talk to about this and then proceeded to defend the driver and tell me that they have a schedule to keep. Nothing has been resolved. HOME DEPOT get your act together and find a business who knows how to treat your customers or your customers will go elsewhere!

Home Depot should be ashamed to contract with this company! Extremely poor service and customer service. THEY scheduled my delivery for Friday night between 4-8 PM. We cancelled plans because of this delivery, they never showed up! Called customer service, they claimed they had spoken to the driver and he was on the way and should be at our home in 20 mins. No show again! Called Saturday morning they said delivery would be Tuesday! Ridiculous, now I have been without a refrigerator for almost 10 days! I wonder how their delivery people would feel not having a refrigerator for this period of time???? Extremely poor service!!!

If you want you delivery left out in the rain while the drive smoked a cigarette then this is your kind of company!
