Have used COMDOC for the last 7 years and find they are always 100% responsive and go out of there way to provide excellent customer service including driving a toner cartridge from Sc when I forgot to order it in time and desperately needed it! If I could give 10 stars I would! Call them will be worth it for sure!

I would leave zero stars if possible. Terrible customer service. Management and the sales rep refuse to return calls and we have been calling for TWO months.
