I called was connected to Joel who said to come over and hed take a look at my Asus laptop. I was greeted. I explained what was going on with with my laptop. Immediately Joel took a look and diagnosed and fixed. I was in and gone within 3 minutes. He also noticed that one hinge was creaking. He suggested that I take care while opening and closing. No charge. Will definitely recommend and shall return if I have a major computer problem. Thanks Joel!

When I came in to the store, I was greeted professionally by the staff and I told the representative at the Front Desk that I was having problems with my internet. Absolutely phenomenal! I had used this service twice before and was very satisfied.When I had a major problem with my laptop there was no doubt in my mind who to call. I would think twice on passing this company up over Geek Squad. They did an excellent job on helping us with out custom PC build, it took two weeks, but I believe it was well worth it! They make sure to get to the cause of the problem AND I MEAN, they really do get it. Quick response - I called needing a cable longer then I could purchase at a retail store. I also inquired about a pci card. Billy was dispatched with both items and arrived within a very short period of time. Having some issues with malware on my computer, called multiple local businesses and was given long wait times (3 days without my computer) and fees that were all over the board. I called Computer Solutions and was told about their free diagnostic test. I came by, they ran their test, and were able to get my computer fixed and I was on my way in under 45 minutes! They were very realistic in explaining different scenarios before working with my computer and their prices were more than reasonable. I will be back next time I have any issues!

Very good personal service, looked at my broken laptop and checked it out(I was from Atlanta and on business and needed immediate help). Joel gave a good and fair estimate for repair and did not charge me to look at it. Very personable owner and was helpful in all areas and was knowledgeable. I recently built a computer that kept crashing. I tried to troubleshoot it myself, but it ended up going beyond my scope of expertise. Computer Solutions diagnosed it, determined that there was faulty hardware, and since it was a new build and most of the parts were under warranty, they just told me what to RMA and replace and didnt even charge me! Everyone there was super nice and polite, Ill definitely come back if ever have any issues again!

I have a MacBook Pro and some how lost all (thousands) of my work emails. In a panic I called and dropped off my computer and within a day they were able to recover all of them, plus reset my work email. They did a great job very quickly, and I didnt have to pay an arm and leg - much cheaper than corporate services like geek squad. I will definitely use them again if I ever encounter any other computer issues. Also very friendly :)

I had a Mac Book pro that I took to the Apple store, they said it was unrepairable because of liquid damage. So, I had to fix my other computer.. I took this one to Computer Solutions! Not only did they fix the lap top I brought them (which only took a couple days) but the ran tests on my apple for me too! Turns out my apple worked had no problems at all. I am so impressed with the customer service of this business, and the quality of service provided. I will definitely be taking my computer back here is I have any future problems! This place rocks!! I had a major virus infection and had a deadline to meet on a presentation. I called Computer Solutions and made an appointment and they called me back within 15 minutes.They went into my computer online and fixed it. I made my deadline on time. This business is complete garbage. They told me a data recovery would take 3 days, I called 4 days after and they hadnt even looked at it. 10 days after I called again and was told they would return my call with the status, no call again. 15 days later I finally just picked it up and once again I asked what programs were ran on the computer, I was told the owner (who is ALWAYS on a service call) would call me back, im not holding my breath.****Update Aug. 8th, 2011****Owner called me today at 1130am, which is the 2nd time Ive ever heard from him. He was calling about the review I posted MONTHS earlier and was trying to make things right. After explaining to him what exactly happened and how I was displeased with the service I received. Instead of using my comments as constructive criticism, he decided to tell me thatI am single because of my attitude - that being, I wrote an honest review to inform others, and because I felt taken advantage of and most of all because I was unwilling to remove the review, which he was aggressively pushing for without cause. I am in fact married, but that has no bearing on anything except to show this guy is unstable and petty, grasping at straws to insult clients with no thought or logic. No sane, self-respecting business would speak to someone in that manner, especially in a professional capacity. He also checked my address to make sure he was talking to the right guy but this was after the majority of the confrontation/conversation was already over. So rather than verifying my identity first to make sure he was harassing the right person, he went ahead and took out his mental instability on the first person who answered the phone. At least it was me and not my wife, so at least the gender was correct. In summation, my compensation for poor service, no results, delays, lies and insults was the not so thinly veiled threat of visiting my private residence and a possible refund of the non-refundable $40 deposit.
