Attempted to schedule a appointment to have work done on my work truck. I was very off put by the type of attitude that was received just from calling in. The gentleman on the phone showed a lack of knowledge on their current schedule of up coming jobs. No professionalism shown.

Lairs is the only place that could install my battery today. I called numerous places in the area and Lairs said come right over. The man that helped was nice and we are very pleased with the service. The price was reasonable and actually lower than I thought it would be.

Very polite and well treated. Listened, asked questions and done exsatctly what I asked. Fair price for work accomplished. I would go back in a heart beat. Thank you gentlemen of Lairs.

I had a 2001 Honda serviced by them in 2012. Turn around time was fairly quick of a week for rewiring and installing a new cpu in my car. Fast forward now last week I dropped off my moms 2007 suzuki xl7 to get rewired and the brakes done. Needless to say I have yet to be disappointed. I will be returning with my 1988 chevy k1500 soon.

Not professional, not polite, they dont know anything about Auto Electric. They are ready to make money but no professional work in return.

My wife and Mother in Law are good friends with the folks at Lair’s. Had the brakes changed on our 2002 4Runner. Even though I’m a mechanic myself, nobody likes doing drum brakes. And Lair’s is the only shop I trust to work on my vehicles.

Save your time. I took in my interstate battery that I bought from Lairs with a 5 year warranty and they wouldnt replace it. They gave me the full work around. It took them over a week to get back to me and they said the battery was fine. I had the battery tested at a more reputable company and it is no good.

They did a great job at rebuilding a starter for an old 1951 Chevy. Had it back to us in 2 days and charged us a very reasonable price. I will definitely be back to see these guys. Very friendly staff.

This is a family business that makes you feel like family. They took such great care of me and my car, and unlike the many other places I have taken my car.. they were concerned with my safety. They found and fixed a problem no one else could, so quickly i couldnt believe it. the cherry on top was the extremely reasonable price! Outstanding service!

Went in for an oil change and left with a power window that wouldnt roll up. I was told I needed a new motor and regulator without ever opening my door panel to diagnose the issue. I was told Id be called the next day with an estimate for the problem I didnt have prior to bringing my car in. That call never came and when I called them I was told Id be called back later. I couldnt go through the weekend with my window down. I went to integrity auto on waters who I know highly recommend and was told the window just came off the track and was only charged for labor saving me hundreds of dollars. I will not be going back.

Incredible work, had a couple of bushings that needed resized for larger hardware, despite being dropped off on a holiday weekend, they had the job done quickly. Everyone I encountered was very professional, and the price was unbeatable! Will certainly have my business in the future! Was referred here by another mechanic in Pooler, and after this quick job I can certainly see why they were so highly recommended. Thanks again for taking such good care of me!

I had the worst experience ever here. This place had my car close to a month and called maybe once for a update. After getting hung up on and put on hold for 10 plus minutes numerous times I finally got my car back. The fee was extremely overpriced and the vehicle had the same exact issue a week later. I called Lairs and was told there is no warranty and there is nothing they can do but they will gladly charge me a hundred dollars to see what was wrong with the vehicle(Even after I explained to them it was the exact issue that they supposedly fixed.) Also the customer service is horrible, the little short guy at the front desk was very rude and seemed umaware/ignorant about anything that was going on. Im not sure if he was intoxicated or what was the issue, although the manager which I believe was the son was very courteous. I hope no one else to deal with these circumstances.

Will cause more damage. Steer clear!!! Like breaking things and fixing them for you without consulting you.

Scheduled an oil change. When I went there, I waited about 15mins for them to tell me they didnt have room in their garage. Took my number we decided that the next day works for them and myself. They never called back.

Wouldnt replace my battery despite its warranty.
