All of the people that work here are phenomenal. Mr. Andrew kept me updated every step of the way, whether it was good news or bad news. When I got my vehicle back from them it looked better than when I first bought it. Superior quality all around.

I was so extremely pleased with my service I had done here. Most places tell you it will be done same day and its never the same day. But Smittys had me done in less than 3 hours! Not only that but they were so extremely courteous to me as well! I even got some protips from BK about a scratch I was worried about! Would definitely recommend to anyone!

We have used Smitty’s twice. Once for my wife’s car and once for my truck. Both times were absolutely the best I have had when dealing with a body shop. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, high quality work, and just good at what they do. One thing that grabbed my attention from the beginning was the communication. I didn’t have to constantly call them to find out what was going on, they were calling me. That means a lot to me. My truck even came out under the estimated price for an insurance job, and sooner than they promised. Can’t recommend these men and women enough.

I have used Smitty’s multiple times for repairs on our vehicles. Each time the repairs were done on time or earlier than promised and with amazing attention to detail. The quality is second to none and the professional, friendly staff kept me updated and made the process so easy.I use my car so much that I had to wait until I was leaving town to have it repaired. I was able to drop it off on my way to the airport and it was ready by the time my return flight landed.I highly recommend using these guys. And while I try not to need their type of service, I will definitely be using them if I do!

Smitty’s repairerd my Honda after someone ran into my bumper. They did a great job and in less time than promised. Very impressed with their professionalism and customer service.

They did an amazing job repairing my car after being backing into, requiring my whole side panel having to be replaced. They returned it to me completely cleaned (even with the interior dog hair free, which was a nice surprise!). The customer service was also wonderful! They were very communicative and helpful throughout the whole process.

By far the best service I have had in the area. They constantly kept us informed on everything from start to finish. We were at the end of our rental time and they worked diligently to do every they could to get our car fixed by that time so we would have to come out of pocket. Definitely my go to. Smittys did a great job and actually got my vehicle back earlier than promised.

I have a Kia and I was in a double collision. I took my car to Kia and they recommend this place. They had my car for months working on it and I had to keep taking it back for one thing after another, till I just said forget it. My front bumper was NEVER fully repaired. Till this day, years later, my front bumper is still NOT like new and pops out of place. My instrument panel continues to have flickers and have issues. There was something under my hood, that was major that was not done correct and Kia had to replace. (luckily at that time it was under warranty or I would have had to pay for it.) When I did take my car back to them, they just said they have never had someone bring their car back that many times. ok, fix my car and I want have to bring it back. I certainly have no pleasure nor desire to keep bringing my ONLY vehicle back and forth for the same repairs. So, needless to say. I was done. I would not take my car back to this location. The hassle just isnt worth it. Yes, the majority of the repairs of my car were fixed, but my insurance did not pay them for the majority of the work to be done. They were paid for ALL the work to be done and it was not.(Response to owner)For whatever reason it would not allow me to respond to your comment, so I had to edit the reply here. They did an amazing job! We had a trailer jack knife the right corner panel of our truck. They took the whole bed off welded and repaired everything and matched the paint exactly! A little pricey but very quality work. They had my truck repaired in just a couple weeks and there was $6000 worth of damage. Definitely recommend these guys as they work for the customer not the insurance company

**HIGHLY RECOMMEND** My dealership recommended that I take my 2015 Honda Accord to Smitty’s Auto repair after a collision with another car. I could not be happier with the entire experience or with the service I received. Stacy and Orlando worked diligently to keep me up-to-date on the progress of my vehicle and were willing to work with me to get the parts I preferred back on the vehicle. They explained everything in great detail and even though the shop seemed to be extremely busy, gave my vehicle top priority due to not having rental coverage on my insurance. So although I hope not to require this type of work in the future, I will definitely recommend this shop to family and friends.

!!!!MUST READ!!!!I wish there was a way to give more than 5 stars. I purchased a brand new 2018 Ram 1500 that had a very small chip in the paint on the hood. The dealership that I purchased the vehicle from made several attempts to repaint and/or blend the spot. After a month of not having my truck the dealership finally decided to send my vehicle to Smittys. (By this point I’m exhausted with the entire situation and ready to have my truck back). I first spoke with Orlando over the phone expressing my concerns, he was quick to reassure me that I was in good hands, that they take pride in their work, and that my truck would be done right when I got it back. The paint was phenomenal, absolutely amazing. I later spoke to Stacey over the phone with a few questions about the assembly of my truck ( which was an inherited problem from the dealership, not an error on smittys part). Stacey took the time to personally look at my truck, go over photos, installation procedures, ins and outs, do and don’ts. I am blown away by the fact that every single person I dealt with (from the lady that answers the phone to the owner of the company) takes pride in what they do. This company went way above and beyond to provide me the the best customer service I could have ever hoped for (I’m very hard to please). Smittys did an outstanding job fixing my fiancee Audi!

I hit a dog that ran in front of my BMW X5 and it tore the front fender of my truck up and the passenger side front tire area. I took my truck to Smitty’s after calling around and checking reviews. Needless to say I was extremely pleased with the repairs. My truck looked like nothing ever happened.

This place is absolutely the best place you can go for service. Not only are they good with repairing your vehicle back to brand new but they also have great customer service skills. You guys treat people like family and taking care of their needs and thats what families are all about, they take care of one another. Anybody can see that yall are very passionate about what yall do here. Ive had several compliments from people about the paint job after my accident on how it blended so well that it didnt even look like my car has ever been in an accident. Not only did yall repair my car for me but yall took the extra time to clean the inside and outside of my car very well.
