The manager in this facility needs to be fired Lawrence Arnet, poor service and starts from management they are not solving any problems just creating them, I had a unit to pick up and COPART canceled it to book in on there Transpoort company instead of telling the clients I had booked the unit already. Poor management, service, poor productivity. Worst service I have ever experienced ever.
They are not honest about the listing. They stated car as rear drive and key is available. But when driver went to pick up the car, the car wasnt running and the key wasnt available. You guys have to stop screwing people like that... I will never buy online with Copart anymore, they upload blurred pictures.
This location is extremely unorganized. The staff is rude and have no regard for its customers. This location is tight with very little parking space for trucks to load and they crowd what little space they do have with vehicles that should be in the holding area. They put walk ins over appointments for a scheduled appointment it took them 4 hours to complete a one car pick up. Do not recommend this location.
I love this place! It damn sure helps put food on my table, in the people there I have always looked out for me since day one!
Very bad experience,bought 1 car from Savannah Ga Copart a month ago and they lost the title.i kept calling and all they say is try tomorrow.when i called the mannager he found it in 5 min and sent it over.30 days to get a title!!!i bought another vehicle this week and came today to pick it up and they say you need a app to get your vehicle.i waited for 5 hours as a walk in to get 1 car and watched people waiting more than i did and they had a appointment!!.when i got the car finnaly it had damage to the side but when they listed it was rear side damage only.the guys that load vehicles are very very slow.i bought cars from other Copart locations and never had problems.my sister buys over 100 vehicles per year from copart and never had issues,only in Savannah Ga.i am gonna file a complaint for my vehicle side damage that was not listed.!!

Girls inside are polite and helpful. Watched as only 5 cars brought out before mine and it took an hour and 20 minutes. Just ridicules. No sense in it taking this long when an ELD doesnt stop running.
Awesome experience overall. Mrs. Young at the office counter was really nice, when she found out it was my first time she jumped right into conversation with me asking me plans for my purchase and was very nice about showing me the title paperwork and telling me what everything was and directed me on how to proceed with the pickup. The guy on the tractor came around and got my car, brought it around to me quickly. It was a fun experience and thanks to the exempleray service ill surely use Savannah Copart again.
BIGGEST SCAM IN HISTORY. I MAX BID ON THIS VEHICLE LOOKING TO BE A VERY CLEAN M3. SHOWS UP LOOKING LIKE IT WAS PULLED FROM THE BOTTOM OF A RIVER. LITERALLY LOOKS LIKE THE HULK THREW THIS CAR ACROSS THE STATES. STRAIGHT OUT OF A MOVIE SCENE. COMPLETE B.S. COPART SAYS THEY WILL TAKE THE CAR BACK BUT WONT COVER MY $1000 TRANSPORTATION COSTS. Great patient staff who have their hands full but still pay attention. These auctions are not for everyone so do your research, understand the risk and have some fun. There are a lot of gotchas at these auctions so make a list and ask a lot of questions to the staff. Looks like new procedures get rolled down from corporate and customers hear about it last minute. I really dislike the old, very heavy battery jumper pack they offer (for free). Its just inconvenient when personal jumpers are now compact with reverse polarity protection. There should be a list of approved jumper packs (Noco, etc...). Some of the yard is susceptible to minor flooding so wear boots to walk through the mud and water. Two cars I looked at were on 3+ inches of water. Funny enough, they were both salvaged from flood damage!

If i could give a lower review i would i had two vehicles to pickup and a 4 hr drive back home and didnt know i needed a appointment first time ever hearing about this all the locations ive been to used the self service kiosk any ways cut to the chase i had made appointments one at 2:00 and one at 3:00 its almost 3:00 and i still have not gotten my 2:00 vehicleTerrible place and slow service ive been here since 12:40 I WILL NOT EVER COME BACK TO THIS LOCATION FOR ANY OTHER PICKUPS 😡

If I could leave less than a 1 start I would! I was in a car accident on 95N and in the process; my insurance company had my car towed here, to assess the damage. The wrecker took my car the the wrong salvage yard, in a completely different state. Then, they argued with me for two weeks before finally towing it back to where it was originally supposed to be taken (at the expense of my insurance company, not them). So when it was finally taken to where I could go pick up my personal belongings left in my car, (which was a lot due to the fact that I was moving back NC from FL) they have taken everything left in the (THAT THEY COULD FIT) and shoved it in the trunk. I understand there may be standard procedures that have to take place to inventory the car, but there were MULTIPLE missing items (including my license plates!) and over $500 worth of damaged belongings in the truck of my car because of how poorly they handled my things (not to mention the value of sentimental items). What I don’t understand, is how they have the right to even touch anything in the car before the owner of the vehicle even has the chance to come retrieve personal belongings. Then when i confronted the company, they push the blame off on everyone else and not a single apology was given. They sent me two $100 VISA gift cards and act like they’re doing me a favor and refuse to replace any of the missing items and tell me I have to have proof they were in the car. I wouldn’t wish the experience with this company on my worst enemy.

Was told on the phone my car would be picked up and towed and I would receive a check for $70 in the mail back in SEPTEMBER for selling them my car. Today received an invoice saying I OWE almost $200 to them. Good thing their phone calls are recorded because they WILL have a legal problem on their hands.

You cant have a car delivered to your residence. You cant pick up your car with your own trailer unless your a licensed transporter. These new rules are terrible. And then they put this rap tape all over your car and its really hard to get off. But they will leave windows open. I never have these problems at other copart locations. Savannah copart is the worst.

Must be Fraud or rigged.....I put enough deposit for bidding up to $8k. Not once BUT twice bidding on auction got down to me and another bidder and the bid button stopped working. Nothing!..... pressed it countless times. Withdrew my deposit and will try to find legitimate auctions

Inside staff are great. Henery had to go to subplot to help me get an RV. He was very helpful. This was a great Copart experience.
Took way too long to retrieve vehicle and was not informed that insurance company had to authorize 3rd party, mechanic, to inspect vehicle. Will find out soon how co-operative and effecient they are with transport to mechanic garage.

Worst copart i ever been to. Drove 5 hrs to pick up an item for them to tell me the staff has lunch from 11am-230pm and between these hourse i can t even pick up a trailer which takes 2 minute to hook up. Must wait around over 3 hours till every single worker is back from lunch and they all made they turns. what the f...? WORST COSTUMER SERVICE since i been buying 2003 and communication. Even called in 8am make sure item is there and noone’s mind even has crossed to let a customer know about not to be here between 11-230.

Ive bought a vehicle on 30th of sept as of yet still havent received my title . Once they told me they will buy the vehicle back. That was a lie. Then they will refund me $169 transport fee that the driver lost the title. That didnt happen. Bad business practices unfortunately very dissatisfied. IF U TELL SOMEONE YOU GOING TO DO SOMETHING . NO SIDE LOADING FOR BIG CARRIERS SO YOU ARE LIMITTED TO WHERE YOU CAN PLACE YOUR CAR, AND THEY HAVE MESSED UP CAR 🚗 ROOF BY LOADING THEM STRAIGHT ON THE RACK, 20 YRS EXPERIENCE LOADING SALVAGE CARE AND ITA RIDICULOUS THEY DONT. SIDE LOAD, LESS DAMAGE AND MORE SAFE, LOOK AT IAA they do it.
Took over an hour and a half to load one car. They need to prioritise small loads vs large loaders.
