Might be able to trim your trees but the owner is the kind of person that thinks kids are disposable unless they are his. People of integrity dont advocate in public forums like this. I wont be using him again. I prefer to give my business and my money to people who arent jerks.

Had Rob grind down a stump. He was amazing, friendly and his estimate was spot on. I try to do a lot of things myself since I’m very handy but the stump was near a gas line so had them do it. And man was I impressed. Can’t say enough good things.

These guys would have been great IF they had improved their communication. They didnt schedule an estimate when I requested one - they just showed up randomly. They would not call me back to actually schedule the work - it took 6+ phone calls to get someone on the phone to schedule. And then when it was scheduled, they didnt show up - with no call to explain to boot. We didnt end up using them because of their poor communication skills - we simply hired someone else who could call us to schedule and call us to relay they were going to be late. Their price was fair, but you have to communicate better to actually get the job.

Very professional and knowledgeable, thwy did an amazing job with a price you cannot beat!I have used T&S co for two separate jobs to cut down (2) 30-40ft trees in my yard and to grind 4 stumps. They did the job so fast, cleaned up wonderfully, and removed a bunch of tree branches and brush I had in the back. I highly recommend you use these guys for any tree care service!

I had been looking to take down the maple tree in my back yard because who ever planted it before I moved there planted it too close to my house. Well one day the maple fell half way down in my back yard during a storm. It landed on my back porch so I needed it removed sooner then later. The company that I originally was working with had their stump grinder break on them. They said they would not be able to get to me for several weeks. So I called the Tree-Stump Co. and several others to get quotes. They beat the other quotes by a pretty good margin. So I thought I would give them a shot. They were able to come out and get the tree down and out of the way the next day. Then they came to do the stump about a week later. Overall I was very satisfied with their level of service. I had a minor issue with the stumping process there were a couple of roots left that they missed. Instead of saying they couldnt get them out or making some type of excuse they came out right away and removed them. I would recommend them for cutting down any size tree. They did a great job.

Had a pretty terrible experience with these guys trying to get some work done for my home. They came out and did a quote for 4 separate things I needed done (Brush removal, tree removal from a fence, dead tree removal, and stump grinding). The quote was good so I called back confirming Id like to go ahead with 2 of the 4 items, asked if they could give me a time window and was told Nope, someone will call you. I had no call 3 days later so I called again and was told theyd have the owner or his son call me back and let me know. I figured its been storming so maybe they just forgot; no call again. Waited until the following week and called again, was told sorry, well give you the owners cell and hell call you back so I called and left him a message... no call back. Today I called back again and asked to have them cancel because it has been over 2 weeks since my original call and they havent even been able to be bothered to give me a 5 minute phone call to talk to me.So essentially I called them 5 times in 2 weeks and gave them all the benefit of the doubt and received zero return communication. Looking for a new company that shows some interest in their customer.
