Wont walk 5 steps to deliver packages. Lazy and incompetent

Trying to ship some fish today, Dillon wouldn’t ship it for me. He called manager and manager was ok with shipping fish. I been shipping fish many times. He came up with excuse of express or no shipping. I guess just a rude person working there. Went to his managers branch(Burnsville) they were all fine with it.Go read code 526.6 on tropical fish.

You may have to wait in line for a minute.Staff greet everyone in a friendly warm manner that makes you feel special.Offer many different types of mailing stamps. Festive, snoopy & friends, scooby doo & the gang, mn state flower& bird... Plus many many more.Can buy mailing boxes, stationary& envelopes at store center in post office.Check Saturday hours other wise open till 5pm during the week.

The clerk was kind and efficient. The store was clean. Will be coming here again to ship my Etsy orders!

I receive the wrong mail all the time. Plus in the past 2 months there have been 3 packages delivered to me that were meant for my neighbors. The address was clearly printed on the box. I dont believe my carrier knows how to read or just doesnt care. For a good paying job the quality of carrier should be at the highest.

Horrible customer service. One person working five people in line. And the cashier that was working talks way too much to the customers. He needs to be more efficient. And you need more people working. It is the holiday season. And I couldnt even mail what I needed to because I didnt have time to wait for a half hour. Third time this week Ive tried to mail something. I seen other reviews about the annoying clerk that talks too much. Maybe you should pay attention to your customers and get rid of him.

Getting the neighbors mail and wondering where mine is!! The mail carrier goes through fast and doesnt even look at what is delivered vary incompetent

Post worker Dillion needs to take a course on manners. He is so rude and talks down to people. We go to the post office to mail our packages and get help, not to get criticized. I don’t memorize the rules or care - just tell me nicely how much I owe and mail it. I am so sick of going and being treated so rudely and having him talk down to customers & always having to be right. Put someone friendly at the front desk.

I live in Burnsville, MN. My package never arrived so I submitted a claim. I then get notified that my package is being held at the Savage, MN post office at the customers request which I never requested. I get to the Savage post office and was told that this location doesnt hold packages for people and that the USPS site may say that my package is at this location but it is really at the Burnsville, MN post office and would have to go there.... Are you kidding me!? The employee working was nice.. but it was the most bizarre and annoying thing.

Wonderful people here. Tim is a great help and extremely pleasant to work with. These people are really fast and know their jobs well. I wish all the post offices were this well run.

A nice little post office. Perfect for avoiding a Burnsville and their constant lines. Sometimes you may have to wait here but it is generally never longer than Burnsville. Service is nice sometimes slow depending on what is requested. The self-service kiosk is available 24/7

Both times Ive gone into this location to ship packages, there has been almost no line so the service is relatively quick. But it comes at a price. If youre not paying attention or dont do your homework ahead of time, theyll charge you for the more expensive option. Instead of first class envelope, theyll charge you first class package. Does it contain liquids? Expect them to tack on a hazard fee and ship it ground only even if its not classified as a hazardous material. Its bad enough USPS raised their prices, but they manage to find other ways to swindle even more out of you.

Twice now when delivering a package it never shows up and no one is seen on the video doorbell. No delivery is attempted but my app says it was attempted.

USPS said they attempted deliver two different times but my outdoor camera would have picked up on them attempting delivery. Also we havent gotten the right mail for days.

I mailed a package today the guy behind the desk was very unfriendly and not welcoming at all his greeting was very flat and he made me feel uncomfortable

Any time I order something online through USPS they ALWAYS notify me the next day that they couldnt deliver my package to my front door because we have a gate that requires a code at my place. THEN WHY DONT YOU LEAVE IT AT THE OFFICE!? Every single flippin time....... I shouldve had this package last week! Ugh! #USPS #USPSSERIOUSLYSUCKS #COMMONSENSE #NeverRecievingPackagesFromThemAgain

Get rid of the new young and extremely annoying clerk!!! People go there to mail packages quickly not listen to him talk and talk and talk!!!!

The postman he don’t pick up my mail 2 days in the rolls now. The flag is down but the mail is still there. I’m piss

Note: while the office retail desk doesnt open until 10, there is a self service kiosk for shipping packages and printing stamps!
