Excellent laundromat!! Most of the washers are brand new and very clean. There is FREE drying and WiFi!! Machine wash my clothes well. Love coming here

The best thing about this place was some newer machines and a very good attendant. Other than that it wasnt great. It was filthy and tons of the machines were out of order. I watched one couple try and load a HUGE, full size room rug into a dryer, probably why everything is broken. The attendant put a stop to it real quick.

We had multiple loads to do all at one time. Free dryers. It was hot Im there.

Packed. People waiting for washers, with no manners showed by anyone. Floor was disgusting and so I swept. So many bad vibes. Washer was expensive but drying was FREE that was great!!

Could be kept up alot better by staff alot of customers have destroyed this place sadly. Great part they have a washer that is 20$ and will take 20 loads of laundry at a time! Plus free dyers! Great deal

This was one of the worst laundromats I have ever been to and I have been to a lot! There was black mold inside the detergent part of the machines, it was filthy, the only change machine that worked gave one dollar coins and all the machines cost 3.50, 6.50 etc and the machines do not give change. There was absolutely no one working there the entire time I was there. Everyone there was complaining, loosing money, machines not working with Noone to help. DO NOT DO YOUR LAUNDRY HERE!

Relatively clean. They are getting new machines sometime this spring which will be good as over half of the machines dont work.

Tons of broken machines and super super dirty. Wouldnt go back.

Paid wash but free drying....mornings are very busy, your best time is late afternoon....

Place was extremely dirty and the attendant was extremely rude and misleading with information for certain customers. Will NOT recommend to anyone. Free dryers are not worth the attitude and disrespect that tag along.

Best thing is the dryers are free. NONE of the washers fill all the way with water. Seems to get just enough water to dampen the clothes. Several times my clothes have come out soaking wet. Several times they ve come out as if the soap never got on them..

This is the best laundromat. I like that the one lady is usually there and super helpful if you need anything. Great machine selection at fair prices.

Viking Village Cleaners. performs excellent, honest and friendly service every time I go there. They can also be incredibly speedy if you explain your plight.The first time I visited I was in a hurry to get a suit cleaned for a wedding in two days. I stopped by around dinner time. I told them my situation and they had it ready the next afternoon. In addition, they (as in the wonderful husband and wife duo) gave me an honest assessment of some old stubborn stains. Viking Village Cleaners told me right away that they could not get them out; nor could anyone else who tried. I appreciate that kind of honesty upfront; it not only saved me money but earned my loyalty as well.I have been coming here ever since and have zero complaints. The owners understand good customer service and warm, welcoming and friendly. More places need to be like Viking Village Cleaners.

Oh my God it is horrible half of the machines aren’t working the place smells of old wet clothes dryer sheets are all over the floor you can’t move in there it is a horrible place whoever rated this great I’m not sure how you live

The big washer took my money because the quarters kept going in then it stopped taking the money. There are too many machines broken down. It is a clean place. Its nice to have free dry with a paid wash

New place with new machines so the place is super clean. The owners are new and very hands on making sure the place is clean and tidy, which is important to me. Plus Ive had clothes ruined because the slight rust buildup on older machines got onto my clothes, so coming to a place with all new machines was nice. An added bonus is their free Wifi, next time i plan on bringing my laptop. Other than that is is by far a great laundromat

Not too bad a place, typical laundry mat with garments littered throughout on the floor. Dryers are free. Small wash is $3.50, Med wash $4.75 and large wash is $6.50. They do have two giant washers but I didnt look at those too much for price and such. All in all not to shabby. Easy to get a bobtail in but no trailers.Attendant didnt seem to understand english all that well or if she did she never spoke it back

Please disregard any of the nice clean polite staff reviews. Filthy, one third of machines not functioning, and a rude attendant. I disregarded the horrible reviews posted and now have to post this one in an effort to keep anyone else from having to endure the shoddiness of this facility.

DO NOT COME HERE. It’s SO dirty, with druggies hanging out here. I assumed because 4 stars that it would be decent, but there was trash everywhere on the floor, on top of the washers, mold where you place the laundry soap. Don’t even get me started with the restroom that had the strongest smell of urine, the floor was flooded, there was wet towels on the floor, no soap to wash your hands. I left immediately.

Worst laundromat ever! No signs on broken machines and the place was filthy! Lost $10! Called the number and all they did was take down my info. Never coming back again. Also overpriced for what you’re getting. If this place is willing to resolve my complaints, I am willing to take down my honest review. I would not recommend.

No paper towels or drying implements in the bathroom. Toilet is broken and wont flush.

Great pricing on washers and free drying. always great service and friendly. i have had issue with a washer breaking while using it. no questiins asked asian lady reimbursed me. do not like using a laundry mat but gladly give this one 5 stars and my continued business.

Absolutely disgusting. A quarter of the laundry machines are out of order, there are dryer sheets and peoples laundry everywhere along with a bunch of trash on the ground and nobody else here, $3.50 to use the small washer?! By far the dirtiest, unmaintained and Most Expensive laundromat Ive ever been to. If only I was able to click add photo without being redirected to Google maps!!!

Ive been coming here for over a year and wouldnt think of taking my business anywhere else. Let me break it down:1. Super nice and friendly owner2. Reduced prices Tuesday-Thursday3. Long hours (so I can throw in that 6am load of laundry before work)4. Change machine5. Never too crowded - I can always find a W/DPretty basic, but I like it!

I waited for 20 minutes today to do laundry and no one showed up to open laundry mat. If you open at 6am you should honor that... I checked doors at 6:20am before I left and they were still locked!

***Update***The change machine took $20 and didnt return ANY change. Several machines are malfunctioning and theres no signs that say they are. Anytime you put $ in the machine you are gambling on if it will work or not. Manager unwilling to reimburse. Threatened to call the police for using the laundry mat after hours. No clear signs or directions. Last load is supposed to be at 11 pm. If so how are you threatening to call the police at midnight.I DEFINITELY wouldnt recommend.

My dryer broke at home so I came in here to dry my clothes. As I was putting my clothes into the dryer this rude asian lady started yelling at me. “ did you put money in?!!!” I said yes I am going to put money in don’t worry about it! I also have blankets in the car I am going to wash. But since your so rude I will not be washing it anymore! She was not done yelling. She kept talking and talking. I put my coins in and told her to just leave me alone please. Really bad and rude customer service.

A lot of the dryers werent working. Money exchange wasnt working, for coins. But hey dryers were free.

Good prices and relatively clean. Then have extra large rug washers and dryers. Very small though, can get crowded easily. Also too few dryers.

Just went there, left in a hurry, prices for washing machines are sky high! says free drying, ha ha, no you pay for it in the wash, or the ones that work. the owner was there and half the machines do not even work. and owner tells me I can only use one blanket in a 4 load machine that cost 9.75 to wash in Bloomington where I go its 5 dollarsand actually fits 4 loads and clean and works. Ill stick to my neighborhood and laundry mat. that place I would not use if it was all free.

The one positive is free drying. More than half the washers and driers are out of order.You have to go early morning or early afternoon during the week as its not as busy otherwise you will spend more time waiting for an available washer and dryer than it actually takes to wash and dry your clothes.

It is a bit dirty for me myself and the hours could be 24 hours as some of us work 2nd and 3rd shift.

I stopped in because we just moved to the area to dry my clothes because my Dyer died and I wanted to check out this dry cleaning rates. But I dont think I will go back after todays little visit. After I put my clothes in the dryer I was met by a mean little imp that barked at me I needed to pay to use the free dryers. Before I could even tell her I was not aware of the policy or that I still had clothes that needed to be washed in my car. She used blunt force and dug $1 out of my pocket to pay for the dryer.With piss poor customer service like this I think I will find another place to give my money to wash, dry and dryclean my clothing. Besides I cant see the advantage of a free service if a place employes mean staff to scare the customers away. Heres a hint for you. Fire mean staff and your customers wont be wanting to flee.

Cleanest laundromat. Great employees that help with everything. Cheap prices and FREE drying. I recommend this laundromat.

The most clean laundromat i have been to . the heat is on in the winter and the tvs play the latest basketball games . its a cool place
