Great place for gymnastics. Our daughter has been going here for about six months now and really likes it. They work the gymnasts hard while at the same time the gymnasts all seem to have a great time.

Such a great location! I have been a gymnast in both the Xcel and now the JO program. The gym is a wonderful place to be and the coaches are really kind and dedicated!

My kid she have a wonderful birthday party right here theyre enjoy ! Right now my kid she was signed up for the class and she loves it so much 😃

I was a gymnast here and I participated in the JO and Excel programs, as well as coached for a year. Dynamics has always been a great environment for my teams and I! I loved every coach I had and formed strong bonds with them that will never be broken. I have so many great friends from my 7 years there and I wouldn’t trade this experience for the world. All the kids I coached were so kind and fun to be with! The rec program is so well put together and I would highly recommend giving this gym a try if you are looking for one! Olga and Sasha are some of the most understanding and organized people I’ve ever met. Their goal is to give everyone there the best experience they can possibly provide. I’d say they do their jobs incredibly well! The future is only getting brighter for this gym and I can’t wait to see what the future holds!!!!

My two daughter were at a gym that closed. They tried a different gym for a while, but they didnt feel a connection to the staff or gym. We came to Dynamics and the girls immediately felt they were a part of the team. Dynamics helped them develop their skills so much more than any other place. The coaches have expectations of respect and focus, but are very warm and open and celebrate each success. We are very happy we finally found our gymnastics family at Dynamics.

This is an impressive facility! Not only do the coaches and staff help the children grow their skills as gymnasts but they also instill good qualities, like respect and worth ethic, as they become young adults. This can be a challenging sport, mentally, and the coaches do a wonderful job giving the gymnasts confidence to thrive during a tough adolescent time. I would recommend this gym to everyone!

My daughter has been attending Dynamics for years. The coaches focus on not only improving gymnasts at all levels, but enjoying the sport and building camaraderie amongst the girls. Owners are wonderful too. Love the new location. Very convenient.

I was a gymnast in the JO program at Dynamics for 7 years with supportive and fun coaches. Every single coach pushed me to be my best and I improved so much with each coach. Every time I walked into the gym, I was greeted with a smile and a “hi maddie!”. I made lifelong friends at Dynamics that I still keep in touch with years later. When I decided to end my gymnastics career, the coaches supported my decision and were understanding. Strongly recommend this gym for anyone looking to be a competitive gymnast or just looking to have fun and burn off energy!

This gym does a great job coaching the whole child, not just skill development. They value coaching their gymnasts to be good people and good competitors, in addition their knowledge of coaching the sport. They do not allow toxic attitudes and work to help every gymnast gain the life skills they need to be part of a team.

We have had our daughter in gymnastics for a couple years and we love all the staff at Dynamics!! She has progressed from a shy little girl who could do cartwheels to doing back handsprings on her own!! The coaches and staff have been so supportive and so amazing to our daughter, they make her feel welcomed and safe. We are grateful to have become part of the Dynamics family :)

I’ve been going to Dynamics Gymnastics for a little over 2 years now and been doing gymnastics for 7 years. Gymnastics has been a way for me to escape the world and go to my happy place. Dynamics hasn’t just been an amazing gym but and amazing family that has always been there for me and I trust so very much. Thank you dynamics I will never forget.

Our girls were welcomed with open arms when we moved into the area and they began at Dynamics five years ago. The coaches work with the girls to strengthen the skills they are practicing, and work with them to develop confidence in taking their skills to the next level. Britt, Christie & Dan make an effort to encourage the girls to be exceptional gymnasts, while also emphasising character & problem solving skills. The older girls work with the younger girls as role models and motivators. We could not be happier with the experience our girls have been provided and would recommend Dynamics to anyone looking for more than just a gym!

Our daughter joined the Xcel program a couple of months ago after switching from another gym. She was nervous about starting at a new gym, but the coaches were so welcoming and made the transition really easy. She’s learning new skills, progressing, and making friends. We have a family member with a serious illness, and the coaches have been very supportive and understanding. Overall the gym has a very positive feel and a healthy philosophy.

Dynamics has been a home for me for 5 years now. I have loved watching girls grow from just learning a handstand to now competing in the highest levels. Each coach at Dynamics treats their gymnasts like their own. The girls put in the work and it shows. Girls are supported if they participate in extra-curricular sports or music groups, etc. The gym ownership is unlike any gym Ive seen in the area. The girls are more than just a number or a client, theyre family. If a gymnast, parent, or coach is struggling outside of the gym, the whole dang place rallies behind them. I will never be the same without my Dynamics family. Past and present!

My daughter has been going here for 10 years. They are wonderful and kind. They understand if your child tries other sports. My daughter has been coached by Britt for 2 years in Gold and Platinum. Britt has the ability to push my daughter, while making her laugh. Britt was a positive influence when competitions did not go as well as expected.Unfortunately, there have been communication errors with the office.

Dynamics has been my home for over a year. I love going into the gym and seeing the smiles on the faces of the girls as they practice with their teammates, achieve new skills and reach new goals. Dynamics has a truly family atmosphere where we look out for each other and everyone is encouraged to be the best possible version of themself both in and out of the gym. The skills these girls are learning are meant not only help them in the gym and at school, but also as they move into the work force and throughout their life. I am so proud to be part of this amazing family.

All coaches respect and care about the children, and coach them in skills at the level they are ready for, regardless of age. The gym is very clean, and coaches encourage the children to be safe and respectful in addition to motivating the team girls to work hard. The recreational classes emphasis is on safety, fun, and coordination.

I was a gymnast at Dynamics Gymnastics for several years as part of the JO program. Because gymnast spend so many hours in the gym it is important to select the right gym, team, coaches and location. The team, families, coaches and owners were welcoming. I excelled at all levels under the instruction I recieved and quickly learned new skills. Dynamics teaches form, skills, discipline, team support and respect. Olga, Sasha and Coaches Wendy, Marta, Natalie and Kristi all played a positive role in the gymnast I became. I would highly recommend this gym.

Dynamics Gymnastics is a great place to learn the ropes when it comes to developing your little gymnasts. The facility is top-notch and they are wonderful with the kids. I also see a lot of birthday parties coming through there but havent done that yet. Highly recommended if you are looking for a place to start gymnastics classes in the Twin Cities area.

Our daughter switched to the Dynamics Xcel program a year ago after her former gym closed. She was welcomed in with open arms and has made many great friendships with her teammates and coaches. I love how the girls come from so many different schools and communities, but still form a special bond inside the gym. We also love the flexibility of the xcel program allowing the gymnasts to participate in other activities and sports and still be a competive gymnast.

My daughter has only been going here for 5 months and I cant say enough as to how great everyone has been. My daughter looks forward to going every Saturday and all the coaches are truly amazing!

I absolutely love this gym! The trainers are very personable and always willing to help you figure out an exercise or a machine. They are also focused on keeping you motivated to reach your goals.
