I had recently relocated and moved into a new home and wanted to make sure I had lovely clean vents; thankfully, I called because they were filthy! They guided me through each step that was done before and after to demonstrate the quality of work. It was a fantastic service. This was the first time our ducts have been cleaned since we moved here. Sheffield Air Duct Cleaning made an appointment with us over the phone the week before, and they came on time and ready to go on the day of. The staff was very professional and educated, and they did not try to upsell any unnecessary things. The whole cleaning process took around 2 hours. They discovered everything from toy cars to ant traps left by the previous owner(s) and years of dog hair and dust. They showed us before and after photos, and the contrast was eye-opening, leaving us wondering why we hadnt done this sooner. Im glad I contacted for assistance.

Excellent customer service! My house had recently been remodeled, and there was a lot of dust in my systems. Sheffield Air Duct Cleanings professional made it smell so good and removed all of the dust from my system. He noticed a fracture in my dryer hose. He replaced it for no further cost. In the future, I would surely hire him to clean my house on a regular basis.

A+ service provided! The duct work in our 25 year old house had never been cleaned and when I took off the intake registers they were 50% blocked with dust. While getting the cleaning conducted, they came across a couple of vents with mold showing that was caught early, they showed us and recommended treatment that they were able to start at that time. Jeff was so nice and extremely honest. We had him clean our ducts after new construction was completed. We no longer have drywall dust floating everywhere and it greatly improved the smell of our home. Sheffield Air Duct Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning out my vents. I had renovations done in February and Sheffield Air Duct Cleaning was able to suck out all the crud that got pushed into the vents and sanitize the vents as well. The two gentlemen were very professional: explained the process, wore shoe covers in my home, they were kind and punctual. If you have never had your vents cleaned or live in a older home I would highly suggest you get your vents cleaned. With the recent pandemic and preparing to have a learning pod set up at our home in the basement, I wanted to ensure we cleaned our ducts and did our best to ensure a clean breathing environment for ourselves and children. I called Sheffield Air Duct Cleaning and they were able to send out a team within a couple days, the guys were friendly, wore masks, and we knowledgeable about the process. He worked hard for over 4 hrs, then left everything cleaner than when he got here. Showed me before and after pictures and explained any extras we could do while he was there.
