COVID caused a 10 month delay on materials to repair storm damage on our house and garage. When materials finally arrived Highmark was swift and particular with their work. We experienced prompt communication and an fantastic finished project. This is our second job Highmark completed for us and we plan on using them again.

Travis was incredible to work with and made the insurance claim process so much easier - he went above and beyond! The installation team also did a great job and completed the project quickly.

Worked with Brandon from Highmark after some water damage in our kitchen from all of the snow last winter. Brandon worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure we got a fair replacement value for our damaged kitchen furnishings. The renovations were finished over the summer and everything turned out great!

Highmark and specifically Travis helped us navigate the insurance portion of the claim and were so responsive and honest! His depth of knowledge is such a help!! Eric took painstaking measures to ensure things went smoothly including color match of cedar siding! Work was expedient and Highmark did a great job of following up with the various contractors. When we discovered water in our basement we gave them a call and they had a team onsite in a matter of hours while other companies said they would only be able to get there in the next day or two. Highmark has been great to work with!Our boiler pipes froze 2/15/21 throughout our house, and began bursting as we warmed them up with space heaters. Highmark came out the same day we contacted them to ‘Assess’ the situation, and started drying out the rooms in our house and save our wood floors that had flooded with water.They communicate and arrive when they say they will (my experience with other contractors has been the opposite of that) and are thorough in their work.They have their own contractors (electricians, plumbers, dumpsters, storage pods, etc.) so I haven’t had to call around to find people that MAY not work out so well. This has eliminated additional stress in an already stressful situation.I would DEFINITELY recommend them to anyone in need!

We worked with Brandon and Matt on a complete demo and rebuild of our 3 season porch. There were a few hurdles in this covid environment, but they kept us fully informed and the finished product came in at budget and is absolutely great. We are using it right now (4 season porch??) and are looking forward to the summer. Upgrade does not even begin to describe the finished product - we really could not be more pleased with the result!

We recently had a water pipe to burst when we turned on the outside faucets in late spring. Ugh 😑 .....what a mess in our basement!!However, the project manager for my repairs was Andy B. at Highmark.Andy hired great sub contractors to give me back a basement that looks great.I called Andy a couple of times with questions. He always returned my calls. He sent me emails a day or so before work was to be done at my house. We were referred to Highmark after water damage to our home in September. From the very first meeting to the conclusion they were wonderful to work with. They took a stressful situation and made it stress free. They always made us feel like we were priority and kept us informed of everything that was going on from beginning to end. This company was horrible... The apartment complex that we were tenants in had a fire in the back Hall and there was soot and smoke damage in our unit.First of all they preyed on my vulnerable state of being a single woman who just happened to have renters insurance worth $15,000.They saw this as an opportunity to basically put money in their pockets and leave me with nothing to replace the things I have lost. Their bill came to $11,000+ for packing and cleaning and storing my belongings and another $2500 to clean the electronics. This left me with just under $2000 to replace the things that were not salvageable such as: mattresses, all of my grandsons belongings (he was under a year old and has upper respiratory issues), including crib mattress, strollers, pack and play, car seat, all of his clothes, all of his toys, bottles etc, a good price of mine and my sons clothing and needing that we could not get the smell out of.The bill was ridiculous and they outright lied about how much time it took to pack up my place. The put down 72 hours of packing up my stuff and the men that were there spent 1 full (not even 8 hours) and 2 half days (if you can call 2-3 hours a half day?)How they got 72 hours out of that is beyond me.. It was a very small 2 bedroom apartment. They charged me for 3 months of storageb which at first I thought was ridiculous but now realize that they so that because you cant get them to respond when you want your stuff back.Shame on you Collin for taking advantage of me and my family in a time of crisis. And to think I called you an angel when I first met you but now realize it is all part of your scam!

We had a flooded bathroom on the 2nd floor which caused extensive damage to the flooring, drywall and 1st floor below. I called Travis who organized a mitigation team right away. The team was very professional and friendly. They worked quickly with precision. The workmanship was amazing. When they were done everything was clean and back to new .

We recently had damage from water on all three floors of our house. Highmark Restoration came out accessed the damage and started the process of water mitigation. They were efficient and respectful of our home as they checked ceilings and wall for water damage. They did an excellent job in preperation and clean up. This was our first ever home problem and we were nervous. They made the first part of our experience a simple one and hoping the restoration can be a positive experience.

Ive worked with Highmark Restoration on two different projects and both were great experiences that exceeded my expectations. Everyone on their team was so accommodating and willing to do whatever it took to get our home back in order quickly with as little disruption as possible. Their quality of work is exceptional.

When our basement flooded after a big storm, we called Highmark and Pat arrived within a half hour to help. His entire crew quickly followed and went to work extracting the water and drying out the area. Because they worked so quickly, we were able to salvage our carpet. They restored our basement in no time and were extremely professional and great to work with. I would highly recommend them.

The gang that came out to clean up water damage were awesome. Had to tear out ceilings, carpet, and laminate. Moved my heavy washer and dryer were awesome! Look forward to working with them for the rebuild!

Our homeowners association hired Highmark to repair two garages that had been damaged due to a water line break last winter. The repairs involved lifting and moving the garages so the concrete floors and walls could be removed and replaced. Brandon Soleta and Jason Hoernke did a great job of communicating with our board of directors, the homeowners, and the association’s insurance adjuster. The project was completed in a timely manner and the workmanship was excellent. I had water damage in May, 2018 and Highmark did the mitigation work immediately. However, after nearly 10 months they have not completed the remodeling portion of the project. Highmark incorrectly installed defective new kitchen and hallway flooring that began to chip after a couple of months and have been unwilling to replace it with the same quality flooring we had before the damage occurred.

Couldnt ever recommend their service to anyone. They left our home heated and exposed to outdoor elements and when I brought in another management company, they boarded up the house with plastic to prevent the loss of heat and reduce our heating bill by hundreds of dollars. They tell you to get rid of everything quickly so they can rebuild quickly. Unfortunately for us, their sub contractor they had working for them, was pulling our items we were told were not salvageable and found our stuff in their personal vehicles to take him for themselves. Not a great win for us and Ive heard this from several others since our fire 3 years ago they experienced very similar scenarios. They made our loss bigger!

Pat and the team were fantastic when a leak in our basement bathroom essentially ruined the entire bathroom and a good portion of the hallway and recreation room. We discovered the problem after returning from my Fathers out of town funeral and the urgency with which Highmark addressed the immediate problem, as well as the compassion they showed me as the project moved forward, was very much appreciated. I had a toilet leak on the third floor that ran for quite some time while we were gone and damaged our main floor and basement as well. Within an hour of my call Pat from Highmark was at my house assessing the situation. His team quickly began cleaning up and working with our insurance company to correct the damage. I have recently had the opportunity to request assistance from Highmark Restoration for damage to my home due to weather elements. I have used them in the past when I first moved into this repossessed home. Staff has been amazingly supportive from the first connection with the gal at the answering desk, as well as every supervising and work related person. Communications have been immediate through every aspect of the process. The ice dam was removed, water pipe damage in the basement repaired and bedroom water damage secured and refinished. My situation had unique personal issues and crisis in the process. They worked with and around me with patience and support....above and beyond the call of duty. We had a fire at our house while on vacation and was referred to this company by a friend. I cant say enough good things about everyone involved. COLIN was my main contact and from day one he was beyond AMAZING!! We had many issues with our insurance adjuster and Colin stepped in MANY times to get things done for us. He went to bat for us when insurance didnt want to cover something and always got it done so I didnt have to take time out of my busy schedule to deal with them. No matter when I sent him a message he was quick with a response including nights and weekends. I even got a response while HE was on vacation. Who does that? He NEVER made me feel like I was bothering him. Very friendly and easy to talk to as well.The team that packed out our house while we were on vacation did an amazing job and took great care with all of our house contents. By the time we got back from vacation the house was almost completely packed and ready to go to sanitation.The group that sanitized and delivered our clothes were SO nice and friendly as well. Made deliveries for our clothes anytime and every time it worked for me. The electrics were removed and sanitized the day after the fire.The fire sucked but Highmark took the majority of the stress off of us. Couldnt be more thankful for this recommendation. I have used Highmark Restoration 2 times for water damage issues. One time for a humidifier filter leak and the other time for an egress window flood. Both times Pat and his crew were quick to respond to the damage and start the process of drying things out immediately and assess the damage. They worked really well with my insurance adjuster. They worked quickly and always showed up when they said they were going to. Would definitely recommend!

I had water leaking from my second story I called Colin and he was at my home with in 30mins to take a look at the damage, he was very quick and professional when he came in to my home. He looked at the damage and had other men from Highmark out to my place shortly after to start the cleaning process. Five days after finishing our basement our worst fear was realized, the toilet in the upper third level of our home overflowed rushing water down through the lights in our main floor kitchen and leaking water from the ceiling in the basement. Highmark built us a great home about ten years ago. Six months ago we had a water problem that resulted in water coming through the speakers and lights in the basement. My first call was to Nate at Highmark and he was on site in less than 60 minutes. All necessary parties were contacted that night and the restoration work started first thing the next morning.
