Worked with Brandon from Highmark after some water damage in our kitchen walls from all of the snow last winter. Brandon worked tirelessly with our insurance company to make sure we got a fair replacement value for our damaged kitchen furnishings. The renovations were finished over the summer and everything turned out great!

Having been a business owner and senior executive with several large international organizations, professionalism and high level customer service has always been the key attributes I look for in any organization that I work with. I have to rate Highmark across the board as the most professional and client focused organization I have ever seen in my 50+ years in business. Every one of the dozen or so employees and contractors that we worked with from Highmark have gone above and beyond my wifes and my expectations on our project. They were always highly reactive, flexible, professional and skilled as they reconstructed vast parts of our home damaged by a major sewer backup. As I was filing a claim with my insurer, and they were still on the phone, the doorbell rang with a Highmark principal, quickly followed an hour later by a 5 person demolition crew that began the project. Alan Linder went above and beyond for us. Our insurance company was being difficult and Alan stepped in and met with the second adjuster and within a week of meeting with the second adjuster I not only had the claim approved but my new beautiful roof was completed the same week and the crew was here at 7am and gone by 3pm! The roof is stunning, Alan was here overseeing the replacement and the crew was fantastic. Cleaned up like they were never even here. We will be calling Alan in the spring for our siding project.

10/16/20: Guy in Highmark Builders truck walks into a Holiday gas station that clearly has a masks required sign right on the entrance door and never even puts on a mask. When he exited the building he hocked a loogie within 10 feet of the entrance door and again at the pump. DISGUSTING. He obviously was lacking any respect for others. Im about to build in the SW metro and am looking for builders. It definitely wont be these guys.

I love these guys! It was super cold, close to -30 below, and my sliding door would not close all the way. Highmark Exteriors, LLC called me back and was out to my place within an hour or so and fixed it. They did not charge me and they made my day by coming over to fix it as it was extremely hard to find someone to fix it, I called numerous places, some did not return my call but Highmark came out and fix it and didnt even charge me. I highly recommend this company! I will be calling them for my home improvement projects!!!

After a different contractor was caught red-handed by our insurance adjuster trying to falsify shingle damage, Jason stepped in and was able to prove to the adjuster that we indeed did have hail damage which got our claim accepted. I believe Highmarks reputation with our insurance company as being a contractor with high integrity was the primary reason our claim went from being denied to accepted. Their workers got the job done quickly and did a good job cleaning up when they were done. Most importantly, our roof looks great.

We decided on Highmark Builders to bring our vision into reality. Right from the start we appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail; that made the design process fun and exciting. We would present an idea and the Highmark team would take that and help us see several possibilities and solutions. What we came up with was way beyond what we had first imagined but yet was still within our budget. As far as the actual construction phase, that was quite pleasant. The team really went out of their way to keep the project highly organized and on time. They also took steps to minimize the mess and dust created by the project. Ultimately, we were very pleased with the finished product. In fact, Highmark won a COTY award from the National Association of the Remodeling Industry for our lower level project. Overall, we give the Highmaek team our highest recommendation. We look forward to working with them again!
