5/20/17 -Location did not have the 12 foot truck or the moving pads reserved over a week ago. The folks behind desk at Home Depot were nice but unable to fix.. if you want to drive a bigger truck than you want and pack up with no moving pads - then this is the place for you . Very poor management by Penske

Our truck leaked under rain, and they werent able to offer replacement trucks that do not leak, or repair solutions. We were urged to simply accept that all their trucks leak.This home depot location does not seem to have any agency/ability to help you with any edge case scenarios, and default to pushing issues off to another nearby penske manager. Id have to recommend working directly with a penske location rather than a home depot location such as this one.
