I had a super complicated international shipment. Cherry was amazing. She was patient and made sure that everything was processed correctly.

My package from an online order was addressed with an incomplete/wrong address (my fault) and I just called to see if they could fix it and they were super nice and helpful and will hopefully be able to fix it. I really appreciate how helpful and understanding they are and want to return the favor in this small way.

I like this post office-- Debbie in particular always brightens my day! Whenever I get her to help me, everything goes so smooth and easily! She answers any questions I may have and is very sweet :)

I have been living at the Avalon Hilltop location in Saugus for months now and the driver who delivers packages here NEEDS TO STOP SMOKING CIGARETTES IN HIS TRUCK. Every single package I recievE WREAKS of cigarette smoke. How does usps keep someone like this employed? I have had to get multiple orders replaced because the smell is so disgusting.

Clerk went above and beyond with me trying to send a package. In this day and age and millennial annoying everyone (i get it) she was patient and scolded me like my mom would about how I shouldn’t be paying that much to grab a different box. It was a better experience than other post offices (cough East Boston cough).

The staff there is the epitome of Customer Service, they never seem to disappoint me, ALWAYS willing to assist. 5 stars for sure. Thank you Anthony for all you do!

Worse Customer Service EVER !!!! i shipped my item and now it is not being deliver to the destination now i asked them for a receipt and stating that i already ship the item. THE SUPERVISOR decided not to print or give me a copy of receipt so i can get my refund from the Merchants. TRASH BASTARD COMPANY....

There is no parking outside, and the entire post office smells weird. Customer service is okay.
