Sals crew did a super professional job installing new motorized garage doors. They found some issues with the old system, including multiple broken springs and no safety line. 100% would recommend!

Two doors had previously installed by a friend who was an amateur. He didn’t do it everyday and within 15 minutes of Sal’s arrival, he diagnosed 6 problems on one of the doors. As he moved through each of the fixes to the 6 problems, the door flow got better and better. All the new door technology is great but only great when the install to an old home is done well. Since this was an emergency call, we’ll certainly have SOD come back. He did a great job!

Very responsive service and reasonable pricing. Others were trying to sell me new doors, when what I really needed were new brackets and springs. Problem solved the same day I called. Great job!

Had these guys out today to repair two garage doors with different issues. Returned my call promptly, showed up on time, and fixed both issues at a reasonable price. Going to have them replace both of my openers next. Highly recommend doing business with these guys.

Got 2 great new carriage house doors from these guys at a very good price for a rental property we own. We were able to pick out the exact model we wanted on a special order. It took about 2 weeks to arrive and was installed the next day. We couldnt be happier - the doors look great and weve received many compliments from our neighbors. Highly recommend!

I had 2 Liftmaster garage door openers installed. Sal came out within a few days and gave me an estimate on the spot. Not only was the estimate fair but Sal also made some pretty extensive adjustments that the previous garage DOOR installer did not do. He did not charge extra for this. I thought that was great and speaks to the level of professionalism. He could have just installed the openers and be done with it but told me what should have been done when the doors were initially installed. Sal did a great job installing the openers and making the necessary adjustments. The doors sounded 100% better than before he came. I only wish i had hired Saugus Overhead Door to install the doors as well.

Absolutely terrible service !!! Called at 615 pm on a Wednesday with an emergency that garage door was off the tracks and I was locked out of my house, was told no problem we’ll send out your info to “dispatch “ and somebody will contact you . 4 hours and 3 phone calls later ... I was still being told “ we will send your info out and someone will call you “ I finally got a call back .... THE NEXT DAY !!!!!!! At 1245 pm ..... How is that reliable service ?????????

Prompt, great price and very friendly. These guys do great work and they are very reliable.

Had them out to fix broken spring on old style conventional garage door. The spring was fixed correctly and in less than a half an hour. But the sticking point is we were charged $284 for what I dont think was that much value.

Our garage door unit literally feel apart while my wife was trying to pull into the garage. Saugus Overhead Door came out and provided really excellent service and had it repaired in no time at all.

No longer being a vendor does not excuse poor service for not returning a call.Had the misfortune of Saugus Overhead Door being assigned to my home warranty claim. I have left multiple voicemails over a 2 week period and have not heard from anyone. The other reviews must be from family members.Response to owner: Please check your phone records. At no time did i receive a call from your office nor was a voicemail received. The original installers are not known as AHS warranty was a gift from our realtor when purchasing the home. It was AHS that assigned the case to Saugus as a vendor of theirs. Please do not try to make this sound like you provided any service. No one called and in fact, even AHS has notes that they were unable to reach you.

We always hire a company based on someone we know has used them. Saugus Overhead Door didnt disappoint us at all!
