My wife and I just bought a new house. We have had Greg out a couple times to install new toilets, dishwasher, stove and faucets. He is always very professional and knowledgeable.

Stay FAR FAR away from this guy. Not only is he an incompetent technician, he overcharges for taking a 5 minute look at a water heater (Almost $200? Give me a break) - and he said everything was fine with it. Come to find out, it wasnt and I had to buy a new one. Surely, I did not buy a new system from him. I refused to pay because of his shoddy service or lack thereof. He would then harass me and leave nasty voicemails at all hours of the evening, demanding payment. And to be frank, he sounded like he was either drunk or on something.

My family had been clients of Bill for years. His son, Greg, has taken over and Ive had him out a few times. He does great work and seems to really enjoy what he does. Id recommend him 100%.
