I was referred to Manny Delvalle and after working with him, I can see why he came so highly recommended. I needed quotes over the weekend and while other agents were inaccessible, Manny was not only super responsive and kind but he worked with me to get the best deal possible. We had several back and forth over the phone and by text and he never made me feel like I was inconveniencing him even though it was Sunday. He provided top-notch customer service and I’d recommend him 10/10!

My husband spoke to someone from the call center and got a great quote. He told us to stop by this location to get our registration. We were able to come in at 6:30Pm today due to our busy work schedules, but as soon as we came in we could tell the girl at the front desk did not want us there. She was speaking Portuguese to someone in front of us, when he left she glared at us and didn’t say a word. I stepped up and let her know what we were in there. She committed being unprofessional and mumbled as she spoke to us. I don’t know who manages this location but you need to talk to her before I do. Sadly, I will have to return but when I do I will get her name and will be calling corporate. I work for customer service and would NEVER treat someone the way she treated us.
