Now theres a lot I can say about the saugus cab not only was I very impressed everything thankful very appreciated when I called the number I was thankful that they answered not only that I was very appreciative that he insured me that he would be there in a quick time frame which he was there quicker than the time frame that he suggested and once I did get into the cab it was very neat very clean and you felt very comfortable he had his mask on he was very talkative and made me feel really safe for everybody who reviews this I give them twice as more than five stars if they could have 20 Stars he gets 20 Stars he went out of his way to ensure me that if I ever need any other assistance to please feel free to call him so for that I thank you and I will be calling him several more times

Im new to the area, and in the process of finding my way around, had BAD service/experiences with OTHER COMPANIES and disappointed time and again by mbta. I AM VERY HAPPY to have found Saugus C Cab. They have proven to be timely, professional and very competent on many occasions. I have traveled extensively and in other areas the same service would be more expensive and less enjoyable.

I was at a Northbound hotel up on Route 1 in Saugus today and needed to get to Logan before a 2pm start time. No time to bus out of Saugus at the mall, then to T. So I called at 12:19pm and guy answered was very polite. Said he’d be there soon. I texted my girlfriend an told her to give me a call, thinking the taxi will be at least 10 minutes? As soon as she called at 12:23 Bob showed up. He hopped out, grabbed my small backpack an placed in the trunk. I asked, ‘Is it ok to take my coffee with’? He said ‘Sure, hop in’. He put the back armrest down that hid a cup holder. It’s the little things! Super fast and knowledgeable of the local roads. Excellent driver and good conversationalist. I’m not sure what else to say except I would definitely call or use the service again if needed. By 12:52 I was jumping out at Terminal B ready for work. 30 minutes from Saugus by Kowloon’s to Terminal B not during rush hour. $40 That’s experience! Thank you Bob !!

Driver was texting while driving, talking about his personal business and being rude on the phone, and cab was stinky. He didn’t have change and I owed him a couple of bucks at the end, so that was nice, but I’ll be taking an uber or Lyft after this experience.
