Don just finished securing and re-screening our pool cage and screen doors. He did an awesome job!! He even figured out a way to fix an issue with the pool cage that has been present since it was installed years ago. If I could, I would give him 10 stars!!

Outstanding Service. I am new to FL homeownership and have quickly realized how difficult it can be to find good service for certain trades. After having no luck with two well known companies. Don came out within a couple days of contact and gave me an honest opinion and fair price on my pool screen repairs. He returned about a week later on schedule to make the repairs. I wish I had just called Beach Screen to begin with. Highly recommended.

Ive called Beach screen twice to inquire about having multiple window screens repaired. Each time the owner said he would come by to give me an estimate. Not only did he never show up...but never even gave a courtesy call back...and I live close by. I ended up taking all 15 screens to Glass Guru which done an excellent job for the same price!

Could not have been more pleased with Don and Norm. Phone call was returned promptly and Don came out for estimate the following day. Two days later our enclosure screens were replaced. They power washed, replaced all the old rusty screws, and rescreened the entire enclosure. Bonus... they automatically replaced failing door hinges and closures! Awesome experience start to finish. Excellent communication and same day quote with Don. Norm came out shortly after and completed the work (5 panels on a screened in patio), top shelf workmanship and customer service. Highly recommended.

Called for a quote and a week later had not heard anything back. Called again and left another message, finally returned my call and scheduled an appt for a quote a few days later. I had to remove all of my upstairs screens so he could evaluate them, which is fine, I guess. It is going on two weeks now and I still havent received a quote or any further follow up from them. I dont think you should have to babysit people to get back to you that you are looking to spend money with... on to the next person.
