The employees make up their own rules as to how many packages they will scan at a time. If I pay for tracking, I want my packages scanned. No, I dont believe that the bin sitting in the middle of your lobby is secure.

I LOVE MY LOCAL POST OFFICE!! I recently moved to the area 3 years ago and boy what a great office. I never have any issues with the clerks they are always super friendly and they play great music!! Yes there can be a line but come on guys there are lines EVERYWHERE especially during CHRISTMAS!!!! Idk what everyone else is complaining about because they are super nice. The only my time I’ve seen clerk 17 even get upset is with a rude customer. Who might I add was already upset when he came in the office, and he took his frustrations out on her. I commended her for holding her composure because had that been me I would had to tell him to leave especially after cursing at her I’ve something that was his fault!! You didn’t correctly address your package and it came back but of course it’s the postal service fault. Honestly a lot of these complaints seem like you couldn’t get your way “privileged” so in return you feel as if you’re entitled to be rude and they’re not supposed to say anything back. Life doesn’t work that way you treat those how you yourself want to be treated SIMPLE.

I use this post office pretty regularly, it has always been a pain to do anything. Most of the time I have prepaid labels and it is still the worst experience I have had in a post office. Passive aggressiveness, employees just not caring or being rude to people. Packages also do not always get scanned. Several times the packages just appear somewhere else.

Horrible horrible incompetent! Residents in my fathers building have been fighting this post office for a year. My dad was getting his mail sent back to senders after living there 20 years. They are rude, argumentative and you can’t even ask them questions especially this woman Vanessa! Typical government worker! Can’t wait to move my father out of that area.

Dont use them. They stole the gift cards out of my mothers card for Mothers Day. The card without the gift cards showed up ripped and opened up 3 weeks later. Thanks for no service at all.

I ordered a package and the company put the wrong shipping address. Luckily, I was able to track the package to the Satellite Beach post office. I called around 9:10, which is probably an extremely busy time at the post office because the employees are probably sorting and getting set up for delivery. Knowing this, I still called and waited a few minutes before I got an answer, as expected. Chris answered the phone and patiently listened to my story and found my package for me. He was very polite and helped clear everything up. He even made sure I knew exactly where the post office was. The address listed on Google is inaccurate, so make sure to use 1071 instead of 1701.

Anthony was helpful and the line went fast. No problems. Saved $55 by going here instead of UPS!

My mailbox was just knocked over by a drunk driver. A hurricane is getting ready to hit so I was going to wait until after the storm to put up a new one. Preparing to evacuate. The box has been down one day and the mail person puts a notice that it has to be replaced ASAP. I guess I’ll put it up so it can get blown away in the storm. Thanks mail person.

Long line with one person working at 1 in the afternoon. Other post offices that service this large of an area have 3 to 4 people working, especially at peak hours. I was only in line because I got a package slip. That package tracked here January 28th then nothing. That slip appeared in my mailbox February 18th. No clue what took so long. Then they wouldnt give me my package because my PA license doesnt match my current FL address. SHOCKING!

Many people here have obviously have had bad experiences with getting their mail delivered. However, I have personally walked in here to get stamps, mail out packages (including to overseas) and have been helped in a very professional manner. Am greeted every time with a smile and a hello.

I have had many post office boxes in many states and various home addresses. I have never had so many problems as I do now. They have delivered 4 packages packages to the wrong condo number, (please read the numbers by my door or noted inside the mailbox at condo mail box) within eight months. If the package is too large for box they will not deliver package to the door. They leave slip for me to pick up at the post office site. Do you the Public know the post office (government) subsidizes Amazons postage? I have had to track down 3 packages they say was delivered to my box and it is not in the box. Hello it is the mailman scanning the packages. When I call they want a tracking number and then tell me it was delivered. Three pieces of mail was lost (outgoing). I have never had this happen to me before in my lifetime. I had to pay late fees on my bills and one piece of mail they lost was going to another Post Office site prepaid. I also had to track down license plates that were suppose to be delivered and I was stopped by the Sheriffs department. He told me the plates were mailed. I had to track them down. They were sitting in the post office with a note No Such Address. After I called and complained I received them the next day. My condo address has been valid for 38 years. When I call to inquiry I was given the excuse, well the regular mailperson on my route retired. I have called our Congressman who of course wants all the bureaucratic paperwork. I spoke with our HOA president who says he knows the condo has a lot of problems. I suggested as a group we go to our congressman and demand better service. My tax dollars pay for the post office (the government multi-billion dollar losing bureaucracy) and all I ask is that the post office mail person match up the address on letter/package to the address on my condo mail boxes or door.

Cant even begin to tell you how bad it is. One person working the counter for 20 customers. +45 minutes for a roll of stamps. At 5:00 2 other works come out to finish up the line. What a joke.

I had my service changed from 1:00. Now I might get my mail if Im lucky at 5:00 and then he has the brass to ignore the outgoing mail. I even get it twice a day. Get your act together please some of my bills have a 5 day span!!!!!!!

Always nice, always a smile, always helpful. Far less of a line and wait than other P.O. branches in the Melbourne area. The people that left negative reviews here apparently expect too much. They should go to a branch in Melbourne if they want something to complain about when it comes to long lines and bad attitudes. Come on, give these nice people at the beachside branch a break. They are great.

Itd be REALLY helpful if they had a freakin postage scale/machine like every other modern post office.

There was a line of people, I was next and waited for 10 minutes to get a single stamp. The manager just stood there staring at me doing nothing. very helpful and a great waste of my time, so I left.

It took 3 weeks for a first class package to go from FL to Ohio. At one point the package was in Los Angelas..

Do NOT drop off any Fedex/USPS SmartPost Return packages here! They will NOT MOVE for up to SIX DAYS. 3 of the 5 most recently-shipped SmartPost Return packages Ive dropped off here were not transferred to FedEx until after two to SIX DAYS, proven by the tracking info. Each Satellite Beach Post Office employee Ive asked about this has given me a different reason as to why this happens, always blaming it on FedEx even though FedEx picks up from there every day and tracking info shows no progress beyond the original, incoming scan for several days.So unless youre OK with having your SmartPost Returns taking up to TWO WEEKS in total to arrive, you can speed up the shipment substantially by instead dropping off at a FedEx location, and avoid letting the Satellite Beach Post Office sit on your returns at all.

Our postal driver is the WORST. Hes nasty, lazy and has filed complaints against us numerous times for us parking our car in front of our house. The car doesnt block the mailbox but he doesnt like the fact he has to rise off of his seat and get out of the truck to get to the mailbox.We have nowhere else to park the car because of city rules, and again its not anywhere close to blocking the mailbox.Since this car has been parked here, hes ruined our mail, damaged our packages, and continuously gives us nasty looks and shakes his head at us every time he drops off the mail, as if were doing something wrong. If he calls the police again on us, filing a 3rd FALSE report, we will reciprocate that action. Enough is enough! USPS should not allow such nasty drivers. Do something to fix it!

Clerk 17 was so rude, short, and disrespectful with my husband today. While he was at her widow she had no eye contact even when he asked her a question she answered him sharply and before he walked away from the window she discarded him and asked for the next customer. This will continue to upset my husband for the rest of the day. I hate to even give one star for service.

One good worker here, everytime i come in the lines long which i get, but they never have all three registers opened makes no sense. Also they have the rudest managers here especially the delivery manage really blunt and rude.

This is the worst post office Ive ever dealt with. Everytime I order from amazon Im lucky to get my packages... End up having to go to the office to pick up my mail. I wish i could recieve my mail thru UPS or FedEx at least i get those delivered. Absolutely pathetic place....

They wont fix the large mail boxes and have to foot deliver large packages. Ive had it. I get a message from Amazon saying failed delivery and I was not home yesterday. I hadnt left in 24 hours. He lied left no paper work or anything. I call Satelite Beach post office and of sorry as usual. Told to call back a 9:00. I have no clue as to a delivery today or not. I dont drive so its trying to go there to get it. Ive had it with these people. It depends where you live if youre treated well. Next stop head office.

Your brithday will pass before you get service here! Its always a wait, there is mostly only one person working upfront. So if you have a lot of time to kill an nothing else to do all day this is the place for you!!

2nd time today the same guy threw my package down so hard I could hear it in the house. Then he looked in the window to see if I could see him. I go outside and ask him if he threw it down because I could hear it. He just says have a good one. I would not use this post office to mail cat litter. Too bad Amazon has a contract with them.

They changed my Mailman, and I used to get my mail around noon - 1:00 pm. Now I get it very late, to me this is a VERY bad move. Bring Danny back and lets get the mail here at a descent time.How to you get in touch with anyone at the USPS, all I get is a menu that just goes in circles. Or a wait time over 30 minutes. Looks like Obama has destroyed this too…. Or it is just very poor management, not sure which.

We have had so many mishaps with no apologies. They broke our gate in our front yard and Joe went to the back room and asked the carrier, the carrier denied it, and that was good enough for Joe. When I told him I was fixing my gate and your carrier will probably break it again so I will be calling you again if that happens, his reply: We will no longer deliver mail to your house. That was Joes reply. How he keeps his job is a mystery to me. More people need to report this guy.

Broken, Obsolete, Unapologetic.I have a PO Box on Tomahawk where mail is always lost. Other businesss like myself having same problem. Went to post office and the disheveled unkempt manager comes out twenty minutes later and tells me everyone does there job fine all the time. Never once told me he would look into it. Tried to call complaint line and have to wait 50 minutes. USPS is BROKEN

The customer service at this post office is beyond poor-My house delivery carrier is not customer friendly- Yesterday Brad leaves a note in my box that if I do not have the RED FLAG up he will NOT pick up mail. There has NEVER been one day that we have not had mail delivered- SO everyday he opens the box -Today he refused to pick up my out going mail. I called spoke to supervisor Joe and we will see what happens.I can choose which Post office I use for parcels but I cannot choose which post office delivers to my home- Indian Harbour Beach does not have its own postoffice

Worst service ever. Closed 3 to make this disgrace. Called to resolve 800 number 45 min to hour wait. Close the system and let a private outfit do it.

Carrier didn’t even check access. Saw him driving off with my amazon package which can be just left anywhere. Claiming later he couldn’t get access to the front door as per amazon note. Rude and lazy topped of with untruthfulness. Whoever is in charge at this office should be reprimanded together with the person who did the driving that day!

They lost my priority mail package. Giving them the tracking number did no good, said they get back to me but never did. Dont send USPS if you want REAL tracking and customer service.

Poor management of postal carriers. Writing notes on our mail forcing us to move our mailbox out to the curb, inabilities to close our mailboxes therefore letting our mail fly down the street and or get rained on. No actions. taken.I choose fed ex or ups whenever possible. At least they take the time to put my boxes under my door mat or behind or wall and not just in the middle of my stoop for the world to see.

Had a parcel delivered to this address(marked out) serviced by this branch, postman marked package as delivered, when I called their office to see where it was, their internal tracking system indicated that the package couldnt be delivered and was returned to sender. the sender has yet to receive the package, these people are thieves.

They must hate their lives because they all act like they dont want to be there. Hate dealing with them, always dread going in. All have very bad attitudes.
