Consulted Nick (owner) for marriage counseling and was surprised and disappointed in our initial visit. His message during our first visit was one of seeming indifference; he advised three things: it will take a mirical you wont do what you say you will do and I can help you through a divorce if you want.He also recommended we each take a 500 question T/F questionnaire at $100 each and then meet individually to go over our personal psychological evaluation for an additional $130 per person per visit before proceeding with counseling.This is his standard of care, not something specific for us.Also talked about doing a spouse contract where both parties agree that they would try for a resolution for X number of months before proceeding with divorce. Look elsewhere.

The employees and owners of new hope counseling center are wonderful. I have been in their office a few times and I have always been treated wonderfully. I value what they do for the community and I always hear that saying, you get what you pay for. However I dont agree with that in this instance. New Hope does just that, gives you new hope. Here, you get way more than what you pay for. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!!

This place has illegally kept my mental health records. I had asked for their release in writing a year ago. They didnt reach out to me at all, and never got back to me. Here we are, a year later. I knew that this place was a fraud from the time I walked into there as a younger lad.

Jennifer Smith has been providing excellent counseling services to my daughter for almost 2 years now. It has been truly a blessing to have her in our life . She has helped my daughter worked through a lot of stuff. Jennifer is caring she listens she has compassion and trustworthy! Thank you Jennifer !!!!
