We just moved into a new build 6 months ago and hated the tile flooring (impossible to keep floors clean & extremely cold and hard) After reading all of Matts reviews we made appointment with him to come to our home and give us options to make the change . His advice was LVT for numerous reasons, we went to his showroom and he had all the highest qualities to choose from, We picked Parkay organics white oak plank which had the most realistic and modern aesthetic we were looking for. His installer Brian was a seasoned pro and did an amazing job it took just over a week( our downstairs is approx 3300 sq ft). We could not be happier with the final product. .

Floor SRQ is the company that we go to for the best in installation of flooring, showers, tile, wood...they make me proud. I own the largest interior design firm in Sarasota and they only do quality work for the quality clientele that we have. Great company. Call them!

I would highly recommend Matt and Floor SRQ they did an excellent job! They were professional, detailed, on time and within budget. When we removed an old stand alone gas fireplace and the platform it sat on we were horrified to find that the wood floor didn’t continue under it to the corner but instead only sub flooring :-( Matt to the rescue! He called me back immediately, set an appointment for the next day, showed up on time and made excellent and creative suggestions as to our options. Now, instead of being an eye sore that corner with its electric fireplace and tile floor are the highlight of the room and look as if they’ve always been there. All of this effort and service for a 9 square foot job!!!!! He always made me feel like it was as important to him as it was to me :-) I will definitely be using them for my next flooring project!!!!!

I contacted Floor SRQ after I had a leak behind a wall in my bathroom. While other contractors either told me the job was too small, or implied I should contact my homeowners insurance company to make a claim, Matt was able to give me an estimate I thought was fair given the scope and scale of the job.I ended up not only replacing that wall, (which Matts workers removed and replaced with new materials and they were able to match up the existing tile ). I went ahead and replaced the aging flooring in the bathroom ( after Matt gave me a price I couldnt pass up).This required the toliet to be removed and seals to be replaced before the reinstall which they were able to do as well.The entire job was less than a few days, it really gave the bathroom a much needed face lift. While not doing a complete gut job on the bathroom, I am happy that I went with Floor SRQ, to complete the job. They arrived on time, gave me an estimate without any unwanted surprises,cleaned up after each days work, found and matched up existing tile, and gave me a great price on changing out the floor.I have since visited his showroom,( just east of the airport) .I have seen their inventory on wooden and engineered wooden flooring options. A variety of colors and thickness etc. When the time comes to replace the carpeting in my home, I plan on working with Floor SRQ. Going with a wooden product in the living room, family room, and bedrooms. This not only will add to my homes value but is better suited in Florida climate and a more updated yet classic look.
