We had wonderful stay at Villa Madeira this summer. The house is very clean and modern. Great location very close to beautiful beaches, stores, gas stations, and restaurants. Stefan was very helpful and friendly. We loved our stay here & would recommend it very highly to anyone.

My family and I had a wonderful experience staying at Villa Bayside. Wendy was an exceptional host who immediately ensured that we felt comfortable, safe & free to fully enjoy the property. The rooms are very spacious, (the master suite is everything and then some!) the kitchen and view are stellar. Wendy’s dog Phoebe was a cute & pleasant surprise as we enjoyed the week.

The house we rented is comfortable, plenty of space and nicely furnished. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. The owners could do a bit more with the garden area, but it is tidy and well-kept. The management team is absolutely outstanding and I would rent from this team again. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything.

We had a excellent stay! House was perfect, had everything we needed and felt comfortable. If there was ever was a problem or a question they were quick to respond ! We will definitely use them again when we are in the area!

Our family of 10 had a great time at this property. With 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths, it provided plenty of room for 7 adults and 3 children 5 to 11. The house was clean and the kitchen was well stocked with needed dishes and cooking supplies. The pool and pool enclosure were perfect for our needs. The management company was great to work with, and responded quickly to the couple of requests we had during our stay.

This is our second vacation rental with Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. It would have been our third, but covid unfortunately canceled our vacation in 2020. Stefan and Savanna went above and beyond our expectations when we had to cancel for 2020, as well as when we rescheduled for 2021. It was much later than when we normally would have planned our stay and just about everything was booked. They were incredibly helpful and found us a lovely home.Our family stayed at Villa Madeira in Bradenton. The house was pristine, the beds comfortable and the kitchen was extremely well stocked - it even had an electric tea kettle! Having two living and dining areas gave everyone the space they needed.Our favorite activity was swimming in the pool and relaxing on the lanai, which had ample seating and loungers. The beautiful view of the lake made bird watching a daily hobby - bring your binoculars!The neighborhood was lovely and quiet. Any restaurant or store we needed were within a quick drive. The beaches are a little further away, 25-30 minutes, but there were so many choices! We had fun picking out which beaches we wanted to go to. Our favorite will always be Siesta Key, but weve added a couple more to our list for next year!I would highly recommend Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. Their professionalism, fast response time and area knowledge brings us back to them each year. If you are looking for a vacation rental thats uncomplicated and stress free give them a call!

We spent two weeks at the rental property over the Christmas holidays and had a great time. The house was huge, spacious, with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, including the beach gear in the garage . We enjoyed the heated pool and the view of the pond, which attracts all kinds of birds. We spent a lot of time birdwatching while soaking in a balm water. The gated neighborhood is quiet, safe, and very well kept. There are shops and restaurants nearby. Sarasota is a 15-minute drive, Siesta Key 25 minutes? It is close to the main attractions, minus the crowds. The only thing I had missed was a king bed. None of the five bedrooms had a king. Stefan, the property manager, was great. He was attentive, responsive and hands-on. taking care of issues without any delays. Not that we had many, but during the unseasonably cold few days, the heat pump broke. He took care of it right away despite the holidays, made sure he was present until the technician fixed the heating, and followed-up with us assuring that we were comfortable. Stefan is a five star property manager :). Thank you, Stefan, for taking care of us. We really appreciated it.

Excellent service from booking to our departure the house we rented was a 5 star accommodation home very clean and had everything we needed close to everything tucked away in a residential area had a great time in Siesta Keys highly recommend Gulfcoast Holiday Homes

We stayed in Bradenton for 2 weeks over Christmas. The home was exactly like the pictures posted. We had plenty of space and enjoyed using the heated pool and watching the birds in the pond in the backyard. Only wished the house had a better toaster, the one we had was a bit touchy and hard to use and the water pressure in the master shower was a stronger. We enjoyed are stay and will definitely consider Gulfcoast Homes in the future, thanks!

This home was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, full size washer & dryer, dishwasher and microwave added to the home’s conveniences. The screened in lanai with pool provided us with many hours of relaxation. The location is quite yet convenient and closely located to shopping, dining, and entertainment. We didn’t have any problems and if we had any questions Stephen at Gulfcoast Quality Homes was quick to answer and a pleasure to work with. We were so pleased with our stay we’re already planning a return trip.

A wonderful house in a great neighborhood with an excellent managing agent

We rented our home for the peak season in 2020 and Gulfcoast Holiday Homes was excellent. They provided professional, timely and friendly service. We had some difficulties with Sarasota tax sales office while we were abroad and Stefan took care of the issues immediately without delay. From beginning to end they were there whenever we had questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to rent their home. We definitely will be back!

Very nice home with a great location-my only gripe was the ants that were encountered along the door frame of the bathroom and bedrooms, but easy fix. Overall very nice. Loved the pool with side entrances so we didn’t have to track sand in after the beach. Close to everything !

We arrived on Martin Luther King Day, apparently a US public holiday we hadn’t encountered before, but the box was easily identified from instructions, and our query through the U.K. agent was quickly answered.Stefan called the following day with the paperwork and also gave us some useful local advice about weather conditions and pool heating.We found that they dealt with queries promptly and gave us a good service.

This was our first time booking with Gulf Coast Holiday Homes. We were very pleased with the process of it all. Everything was digital and contactless, considering the pandemic, which felt safe. We did have an issue with the door but he was there the same day to fix the issue! Will definitely keep them in mind for future bookings!

Villa Estero was excellent again for our 18th or 20th golf outing. Rented this home last year and were well satisfied again with easy access and secure location. Stefan explained all Covid cleaning policies which helped us feel at ease. Cool weather a few days but heated pool was adequate on warm days. Might suggest pool cover in future. Hope to be back in 2021!

We had a wonderful stay at Breezy Springs. It was a great location and very quiet. We enjoyed the pool a couple of times. The condo was spacious and comfortable. Loved sitting out on the lanai with our morning coffee. The staff at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes were professional, friendly, and when I called were very efficient and helpful.

Everything was great, we had no issues with our rental. When we arrived there were a few papers left for us to review and sign and due to COVID 19 Gulfcoast Holiday Home contact-less picked them up from outside the home. They made us feel very safe and secure while in the rental, even during the COVID-19 pandemic. They posted signs assuring us the house was properly cleaned, which just provided an extra measure of that security.

We really enjoyed the Villa Captive home this year. It was large enough that we could have family and friends join us at different times thru out our stay. The house had about anything we would need to use during our stay. Looking forward to coming again next year. Sue

My daughter and I recently spent a week at La Casita in Sarasota. We arranged this through Stefan at Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. We were very pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. The house was beyond our expectations. It was immaculate, beautifully furnished and decorated and had all of the amenities necessary to make our vacation a pleasant one. We anticipate returning to Sarasota in the near future and look forward to booking through Stefan and Gulfcoast again.

This house was nearly perfect for our family of 5. The main issue we had was a sliding door that wouldnt lock and management handled it immediately. The kitchen was stocked with all of the needed cooking utensils, pans, pots, etc. There was a propane and a spare for the bbq pit. The decor was nice and clean feeling.We enjoyed the big tvs with netflix/hulu. cable, great for the kids. The house is in a great location near stores and shops. A few turns and your almost at the beach.The layout of the house was really cool with the access points to the pool from either end. Having the small door to the master bath from the pool was also great. We will be staying there again in the future.

We stayed at Gulfcoast Holiday Home for 5 nights in Nov. 2019. House was perfectly located for our visit as relatives live on next street. Home was well furnished, beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed.

The Casita House - we just returned from our best vacation ever! The Casita House was exactly what we needed... it was as advertised... great location (close to everything!), perfect size for Mark and I and Adam when he joined us for Thanksgiving. Great private backyard with pool and spa. Well appointed kitchen with everything we needed for a great stay. The neighbourhood is great for walking, sunset and pelican viewing at Indian beach. The seven of us werent in the property more than two hours before we decided that it was the best we have experienced in the six years we have been coming to Florida for golf. The house was large enough, seven beds for seven old guys. Three baths that gave all of us ample opportunity at night and in the morning. The kitchen/living room/dining room area was large enough for our socializing in a variety of groups or all together. The appliances worked well, there were enough towels and kitchen supplies. Finally, the furniture and layout enhanced our stay as well. An exceedingly comfortable base for any vacationers - highl recommended. Tom Wolf

We really enjoyed our stay at the Sanibel Villa. The house was clean and well equipped, the kids enjoyed the pool. Nice dining area that allowed us to have great family dinners. Customer service was excellent, whenever we needed something, Stefan got back to us right away. Wifi worked perfectly. The villa is in a quiet neighborhood, very close to restarurants and grocery stores. The only minor recommendation for improvement is to provide towels for the pool.

Stayed just short of 2 weeks at the Magnolia Breeze property, it’s a great location you are close to everywhere 15 minutes from the beautiful Siesta Key beach and also Downtown. It’s a safe residential area. Stefan is really helpful and I would recommend this company.

Dealing with Stefan, the owners’ agent was a pleasure from start to finish. His communications were prompt, clear and cordial. Any issues were dealt with quickly and helpfully. He was a true gentleman.The villa was spotless upon arrival. It was a two bedroom, two story home with a living room, kitchen and dinette area, powder room and laundry area on the first floor and the bedrooms upstairs. We live in a ranch-style (single floor) house at home, and so 17 stairs were a bit of a challenge for us, as seniors. The kitchen was the best equipped that we have rented in the 8 years we have been coming to Sarasota.The comfort level of the furnishings was somewhat spartan and the master bed was too soft for our liking, although admittedly, that is a subjective opinion. The two-story lanai was spectacular! It had a fountain, beautiful bar-b-que, umbrella table and chairs and a cozy love seat and chair. Perfect for sitting with a glass of wine to watch the gorgeous sunsets over the golf course. The desk on the upper floor was more than adequate and accommodated my laptop nicely. The owners were gracious, in allowing us to use their air printer (we supplied our own ink and paper).The community of Prestancia is lovely and well-maintained. The sidewalks are great for daily walks. We joined the golf club for the season and it opened up a myriad of activities for us. The residents of Mara Villa, where this home was located in Prestancia welcomed us as one of their own. Their community pool and hot tub was first class, nicely furnished and clean.All in all, this was a great experience and we would highly recommend Gulfcoast Holiday Homes and Prestancia for anyone looking for a seasonal rental in Sarasota.

This past year we needed 8 nights for 2 homes and Nicole found us owners that were will to accommodate us(considering must owners rent by the week) this was no easy task. We spent 3 weeks in Florida in October and found the accommodation was just as we expected. We had a few relatively minor issues in the first couple of days but the response from the management was excellent, and everything was resolved quickly and efficiently. Stefan, the property manager, was very friendly and helpful. With three bedrooms, the house was terrific for our family, of two grandparents, two parents and two little grandchildren. They swam in the pool at least an hour every day, and we all enjoyed the other amenities.

We rented a home in Bradenton Feb 15-22 and were exceptionally pleased with Gulfcoast Holiday Homes and the service they provided. Stephan was quick to answer any questions we had prior to our stay, and once we were at the home, he stopped in to see if there was anything we needed, to answer any questions we had and to personally go over the rules and regulations for the property. The home was exactly as described in the description on Gulfcoasts website, which makes me sure that if I ever need to rent a home in Florida again, well be using this company!

This was my first experience using Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. Stefan was amazing and very response to each and every email, about each property and answered all of my questions. The 5 bedroom house I rented was setup perfectly. Each room was far enough away from each other for personal space. The kitchen and common areas were also spacious to include the pool/BBQ screened in area (bonus points for the screen).The house was cleaner than many houses Ive rented in the past. There were no cob webs, dust or random stains found in any room. The kitchen and bathroom were cleaned and lightly stocked with immediate need items. There were plenty of small appliances ( coffee maker, tea kettle, George Forman grill) and ample dishware.The only minor complaint is the lack of tv channels available. If I am ever in Florida area again, I will definitely look into Gulfcoast Holiday rentals as a first choice.

My family stayed at Villa Bayview in Sarasota. The home is updated, spacious, fully equiped and has a fantastic view. We noticed after our first night that the air conditioning in one area wasnt keeping up. My husband contacted Stefan and we had someone there quickly and on the weekend! The next day we discovered that one of the showers wasnt working properly and once again, it was repaired within 24 hours.Every year we rent a home in the Sarasota area to visit family.This was our first rental with Gulfcoast Holiday Homes. Stefan and the folks at Gulfcoast far exceeded response time of any of the other property managment companies that we have dealt with over the years. Stefan answered our questions, was patient with our concerns and made us feel like we were working with family.Although we probably wont rent this property again (it has steps to enter and as a result our parents were unable to visit), we fully intend to search properties that are managed by Gulfcoast. We rented a house in Sarasota. Because of very big pain my husband had to go to the doctor. The manager of our house, Mr. Müller-Reinisch, accompanied us to the Emergeny Room to help as a translator in medical matters. This activity is not self-evident for a steward, but has helped us a lot. He sacrificed 4 hours of his precious time for us. Even otherwise, he was always in case of problems in the house immediately on the spot. We can only recommend this man and his staff.Thanks again.

The stay was very relaxing and the house had all the amenities you need to unwind and sit in the evenings by the pool and listen to the animals.We especially liked the cozy outdoor area. The lighting and furniture are very tasteful and give the house a lot of charm. Possibly. would require a cleaning of the ventilation system in the house and a cleaning of the guide rail of the balcony door needed, but about this one can see well and did not bother our stay. TOP!Thanks also to Mr. Müller-Reinisch, who gave us a smooth welcome with great tips for the area. Highly recommended and will gladly come again!

CONDO LOMBARDYMy wife and I have stayed at Condo Lombardei twice so far, each for three weeks from late November to early December.It is a terraced house with two bedrooms with shower or bathroom en suite. The house looks newly renovated, is neat and clean. It is modern and functional and has everything a vacation home needs to feel comfortable. A spacious living room with couch and dining area for six people with a hatch to the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc.).Most of all, we enjoyed having breakfast on the terrace in the sun every day.The house is in a quiet area. The historic center of Sarasota and the beautiful sandy beaches can be reached by car in a few minutes. The shopping centers for everyday needs are, so to speak, around the corner (although there is nothing to be reached on foot in the USA).For all golfers: the region’s golf courses are a dream!
