Attempted to rent one of their rentals. Contacted them via VRBO. Took several days to respond to messages. Could never get a live person on the phone; calls kept getting sent to a voicemail. Then when I finally did get a response it was generic and seemed almost as if it was computer generated as my questions were ignored. Avoid.
