We got put on the back burner for months and months. We went in 2 months before tax day to file...they didn’t get them done and were unresponsive requiring several phone calls just to get a response, then the response was always from the assistant who “didn’t know” The answers to any of our questions and she kept telling us they needed additional reviewing. Finally September the following year, we get an in person meeting to discuss our tax situation. I had to request they not charge me the $350.00 for they extension THEY filed. They charged us $795.00 for this terrible service. And took off the $350 as a “curtesy”.TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE
