Customer/resident request for removal of plants that they planted a year or two ago and have no continuity to where flowers plants exist. Told me it was on my dime for removal because they are alive. Instead they could be used elsewhere.Attitude is bottom line. Turned our complex into a green cheap plant oasis. When we purchased the landscaping was beautiful with various flowering shrubs. I was told they would charge me to request anything other than green shrub which is everywhere.They are the worse company with no customer service Need to be replaced.

Brightview Landscape is a great place to work! Matt Sievert treats his employees very well and is open to new ideas from his staff members and listens to their needs. The branch is like a family environment with many staff members working for this branch for over 10 years even though being a large company. We are always looking for new members to join our team!

This company is incredibly bad. They spray weed killers everywhere. They are able to destroy every living thing in site. They even damaged my paths, edging and drainpipes. They even mow poorly, scalping some areas and missing others. Management is nasty and lies freely. They did replace water pipes and mailboxes after driving over them. Avoid this company at all costs.

They have been asked politely to edge cleanly but all they do is cut in the edge and leave the trimmings on the ground. We are a 800 home community and you would think they would care enough or have pride. Country Meadows Plant City Florida

Im not really sure what went through the guys heads while they were working at Midnight Cove 2 today, but when I walked out to my truck they were all sitting down leaned up against it. I understand its a nice vehicle and it presented a great chair like structure but touching something and taking the liberty of leaning their sweaty bodies against my truck is uncalled for. Just goes to show the kind of company this place is that allows their employees to take liberties with other peoples property!

This company mutilated our trees. They have a county to trim trees in Manatee County and were specifically told via call and email by the county representatives NOT to cut our trees. We have 15 year old Oak Trees and the cuts extreme, negatively affect the health of the trees, detract from the curb appeal. They are doing extreme utility cuts throughout our neighborhood when we have underground utilities. It is such a shame.

Yesterday one of your drivers cut me off entering a traffic circle almost causing me to go through the center and crash.. when they pull up next to me at the light they are all laughing and pointing.. took off before I got the truck number.. please hire more competent employees that can actually read road signs. They are lucky nothing happened and there were no kids in the car or a hefty lawsuit would be coming your way...

Stay away if at all possible. I dont have that luxury as they are contracted through may HOA in Lakewood Ranch, which I plan on calling as I have documented my issues with pictures. I fenced my lawn, which was cleared through HOA, and since then anything fenced has essentially been ignored. They use a weed wacker to cut my lawn so its uneven with many missed areas instead of using a lawn mower. We have brought this up many times through the portal system they use to only have ut be ignored. I have dead grass because they never fertilized my lawn, again due to it being fenced. Just do yourself a favor and heed these reviews.

Lazy and unskilled landscaping service. I live in an hoa community that is in a contract with BrightView. My grass has been dead for over two years, along with most of my neighbors. After a long fight to have all sod replaced, it quickly died again. In stead of edging the grass they pour a chemical along all mulch areas, leaving residents furious. My advise is to steer clear from this landscape company at all costs.

Horrible place to work only care about money

One of the worst landscaping companies in the Sarasota-Bradenton area! The crews have no skills at trimming, edging, or general lawn car. They have damaged fences, backflow devices, downspouts, and air conditioning equipment with their recklessness. The method of edging landscape beds is to wait several weeks for the grass to grow out of control into the landscape beds and then come through and spray it with Round-up (poison). They dont remove palm fronds that are hanging from the palms nor do they pick them up if they have fallen in the grass; they pick them and toss them into the landscape beds and continue mowing.

If I could give these guys a zero I would!!! Horrible service these guys have not been out to cut and trim in over two weeks... This company wants to get Paid for services they do not even provide!!!!! So upset with this company. I can not even do anything about it either because we live in a HOA community!!
