So, we are selling our place, the future buyers called these people out to get an estimate on our windows. While the technician James was here he rendered our sliding glass door immobile, the door we primarily use. When I called about this his answer was I dont know what to tell you heres some advice, if I were you I would have told me Im very sorry, let me see when I can get back out there to look at it because it worked just fine before he got here and now we cant even properly lock our house up a when we leave.

Quality Screening installed a new impact rated slider in our Sarasota condo. They did a very professional job. The installation occurred on time as promised. After the work was completed they left everything just as clean as when they started. They previously repaired some windows in the same condo and installed a different impact rated slider five years ago. We have had nothing but good experiences with Quality Screening and highly recommend them.

Since that time, they have installed all new windows, new exterior doors, our sliding patio door, and rebuilt/updated our lanai to glass and screen. Casey and crew spent a lot of time engineering the best approach to replacing windows. They even did some exploratory surgery to confirm approach. I just wanted to take a moment to thank Casey and his entire staff for a great job!As a owner of multiple properties I understand the remodeling and replacement issues as each project has its own hurdles etc.As this was an entire window and french door replacement on my personal residence it was professionally handled in every phase. 4 sets of triple and I set of quad doors, one entry door and 19 double hung windows. All custom impact PGT. Mark and his installation crew were great to work along side of and did a great job!Call them and get a professional project done!

The most important thing I can say about QSWD is regarding the firms want to get it right.Gerald, the lead installer, worked hard to replace windows on what turned out to be a somewhat tricky installation of living room windows in a very old home. As well, his communication with me along the way, showed his desire to make sure that my thoughts were addressed. This is my last visit to this store. Took 20 minutes to place my order. Salesperson didnt know how to use the software on his computer to take the order. Turn around time for 3 aluminum screens is 3 weeks. Huge shop - one guy was working. Totally impersonal. Will NOT be back.
