STAY AWAY!!! Horrible professionalism! Gives you the run around wasted a week of our time! Overpriced home that wouldn’t appraise for what they wanted! Did everything they asked of us to get into this home and still wanted to act shady. Wouldn’t respond back when asking important questions, but as soon as we wanted to back out of the deal because of all the red flags they want to respond back with just “ok”. If you want your home buying experience to be horrible these are your guys!

First let me start out by saying they deserve negative stars! Let me tell you about the HORRIBLE experience I’ve had with this company. So I put an offer in on a manufactured home in Williston, and come to find out no one else has put an offer in. A bit shocking because it is a new construction but I thought maybe people are looking for houses not manufactured homes. I put my offer in on Monday. It has been a week I have been dealing with these scam artist! Before accepting my offer, they try to tell me they want me to do a waive appraisal. Absolutely not. Why would they be concerned about the appraisal on a new home? Then they want me to use their lender and told me they will match an appraisal if I go through their lender so I don’t have to worry about doing it. They lead me to believe that going through their lender was gonna be an easier process. So I try their lending and it’s WORSE than my original loan. Not only did their lender say that my credit was perfect and I am well qualified, but then he structured it to where I would be paying more for fees and a higher interest rate because they are hiking prices. Somehow closing costs came out to $4k more than my original loan!! They said they would send my relator the appraisal form from their previous deal so we can confirm what they are telling us. They then tell me that they will not match the appraisal after they pull my credit and make me go through all that work. So I got back to my original lender and AGAIN they want me to do a waive appraisal. Clearly they know the appraisal will be lower than the listed price!! So not only did they want me to sign this form but we never received a copy of the original appraisal they claimed they would send over. My relator has tried for days to contact Joey!! Joey has been ignoring him because he is being dishonest with us. Finally my relator says we are backing out due to Joeys lack of response and lack of assistance and his only and final response was “OK” Very unprofessional!! They are scam artist! They want you to think you are getting a good deal and that they are trying to help you. They did nothing but waste my time! DO NOT TRUST THEM. Joey is a JOKE!

STAY AWAY FOR THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! This company if very very unprofessional and like someone else said they are literally dooky and I would give them negative stars they are literal garbage and should be taken out to the curb

I loved working with this company! They allowed me to move in early to the residence I was purchasing because of some back tracking with the mortgage company and I really appreciated that! I loved getting told I could check in on the residence whenever I wanted (because it was vacant) and I enjoyed our experience with our realtor Joey! Thank y’all so much for making my dreams of owning a home come true!

This is a GREAT program. Joey was amazing to work with and walked me through every step of the home owning process. Being a first time homeowner, I had many questions and Joey answered them right away and with a high level of professionalism. They truly do turn you into homeowners. I reccomend this company to anyone who is looking to buy a home, especially first time homeowners !

Joseph (aka Joey) Cormier has been amazing!! My wife and I started searching for our new home about a year ago. Never finding the right one! We happend to stumble across a home that was perfect for our family right around the time COVID 19 was becoming an issue. We where concerned that we would not be able to get anything accomplished or that we would lose the house. Joey was more than helpful in guiding us (through Covid) and was super patient with all of our questions. Our needs where always first and I was super surprised at the fact that safe IRA worked with us to get a USDA loan! No downpayment is real!!!!! Thank you for making our dream come true!!!!

This company is questionably a scam. I contacted Jeffrey Rosenthal & Joey Cormier both about this property. So weird they both left great reviews for this company... Be careful.

They truly make renters into owners. Great program and great group to work with.
