I have used this company for years. They are very responsive, reliable and affordable. We used to have Terminex, but the corporate office kept raising their prices, over and over again. And their prices were inflated to begin with. But TOTAL CONTROL was affordable from the beginning and their employees go out of their way in making sure the job is done right and in a timely manner. We have used this company to tent our trailor and we had roof damage we were not told that when we signed the contract found out after the fa t they could ya e said that when they provided there services now we r stuck with leaking from our carport and sunroom please folks read the contract before you sign it because they wont pay for any repairs on damage they have done

Had place tented a couple of years ago and supposedly have yearly treatments. This year can’t get ahold of them and they don’t answer the phone or return calls. What’s up?

We discovered dry wood termites in our kitchen cabinets last November. Desperately not wanting to fumigate our house, we sought the opinions of four different pest companies, hoping for another option. After much research, we realized that in our situation fumigation was the only real solution. He answered every phone call and addressed all of our concerns. The day of fumigation went very smoothly. His tenting crew arrived when he said they would, they were polite, and patiently waited for us to load up and leave. I have used Total Control termite and pest professionals for over eight years in my home and in two rental properties. The Total Control team are a family business. We have had the full Florida plague experience of termites, cockroaches, wood eating termites and fat mango fed rats that decided to live in our house siding. Everyone from Total Control was professional, reliable and personable. From first contact with the efficient, friendly office staff you are kept informed of appointments, timings and the technicians are friendly, competent & know their stuff! We are so impressed with their honest service. A few years ago Dell Bartley the owner confirmed that we had termites and we needed to have our home tented - he thought we had a warranty & called the office to look it up. Sure enough we were unaware we were under warranty from the previous owners. This week he came to the home as we found termite droppings and were afraid we had another infestation - we were relieved to find out it wasnt the dangerous type of termites and no need for treatment. Again no charge and clear instructions on what to look out for and to just call in if we had any doubts. I have recommended Total Control to many people and another friend also had the experience of fearing they had rats to be told that the droppings were cockroach and mice and no charge. Total Control are a trustworthy, honorable business in a world where fear of Infestation leads to the man in the street being taken advantage of. We totally recommend their services and recommend their tiptop professional business practices and great team.

Company tented home. We paid the annual fee toprovide a warranty. Termites discovered. Called and the owner came out and “spot” treated an area. A few months later termites appeared again. Since we had paid another annual fee for warranty it was determined that they would have to re-tent the entirehome again. We relocated to local motel for twodays. Upon return we discovered that the workers had somehow knocked two large framed pieces ofartwork off the wall in the stairwell leading to the second floor. We called and spoke to the owner.Believing the owner to be a man of his word, we were advised to get a repair estimate. We submitted the$600.00 estimate as instructed. No response. Sent a second and third letter, again without a response. This is a very unprofessional business. Hire themat your own risk. Their word means nothing.

After reading some less than positive reviews, I was a little concerned about hiring Total Control. After speaking with the owner on the phone I had confidence they could handle the job and at a lot less than my other quotes. Throughout the process, Brian answered calls or texts right away, was very professional and punctual at the informational meeting and did the job as promised in spite of some uncooperative weather and a difficult job with a large, two floor building on a main road with awnings and close neighbors. I would recommend them and use them again.

Sometimes its when things go wrong that the character of a company is revealed. This was the second house weve had tented by Total Control and things went wrong. The technicians ran the tent over landscaping they shouldnt have. The owner of the company immediately paid for the replacement landscaping and took pictures in order to train and re-train employees. We would use them again without hesitation.

Hands down one of the worst companies I have ever been in contact with! Not only are they the absolutely the most unprofessional group of people I have ever come to meet, they are also rude & disrespectful. Calling their office is a complete joke, their employees are druggies, drunks or both (which isnt too surprising considering the owners are both) They preach how they are family owned and operated yet they fired and rehire their own children like 2x a months (all over drugs) Its is truly amazing how a company can stay in business when the employees they send out to peoples homes to tent are HIGH... they brag about killing peoples cats and other small animals... As well as hollering at nice looking women when they are supposed to be working. I am completely disgusted and I will never use or recommend them to anyone. I would invest your money with a company that will actually get the job dont right and professionally

If you have bugs of any kind these guys are the solution to all your problems. Whether you have ants or roaches or maybe you have termites trying to remodel your home Total Control can handle them. They have all sorts of services. Pest control all the way to fumigations. Customer service is excellent

Cat Killers. Deliberately. They dont inform neighbors of their tenting, and then actually make jokes about a stray cat. One of the workers joked, yes joked, that it would be the last time my cat played Hide and Seek. These people are heartless.I called and the receptionist laughed when I told her what they said.These people consider any living thing a pest to be killed and have no soul.I have asked them in the past to carry small firecrackers they could throw under the house to scare out any strays. They cant be bothered.Dont use them. Heartless bastards.

I thoroughly enjoyed one of their employees hanging out the passenger side of their busted-windshield truck making lewd gestures and screaming profanity when I passed them. They sped up to fly by and almost rear-ended a semi. What a great company with super classy employees.
