I manage a 72 Unit Condominium Property. Brian and Joe walked all buildings & entered all units with me recently to perform annual inspection. Both guys were extremely knowledgeable and efficient. They took the needed time to listen to our unit owners and check up on prior areas on property that have been treated. Kody arrived at 9:30 in the pouring rain and immediately looked for entrances on the roof and eaves. He identified quite a number at both locations and replaced the netting under the leaves and secured the openings on the roof.Before he left (5 1/2 hrs later!)he explained where there were live traps; left one in a family area in a box to protect the dog; and placed box traps outside. He explained how those traps worked differently than standard traps. Also, he left us with his personal phone number to use if the trap under the sink or the box trap should be tripped over the weekend I’d say he went beyond expectations. I’ve been a customer of pest guard for nearly two years. I recently renewed my termite/pest prevention contracts. Ever since the initial termite remediation we have never seen once since. It’s been a few years now. Periodically we see a palmetto bug or two in the house due to our neighbors extremely infested yard. Brian has been our tech each time and has gone above and beyond to prevent anymore unwanted guests (especially palmettos!!!) spraying behind outlets, along the property line, under the deck, etc. each time they come, I feel more at ease.What I love most about pestgaurd is the ease of appointment and the pleasant employees from front desk, inspectors, and techs. Did a good job. However, they took down email information and stated that they would notify us at the start of the job, progress, and when the unit was cleared to return. We did not receive any notices and my tenant could have returned hours before she did had we been properly notified.However, other than a down blind, they did a safe and thorough job. Very professional in the application. Highly recommended.

BEWARE!! I have been a Pestguard customer now for over two years. Up until recently I was pleased, however I recently contracted them to treat for subterranean termites. When drilling the concrete across our porch, then drilled through the electric line going to our lamp post. After several phone calls, they finally sent out the Service Manager Ron to have a look. He confirmed and said he would turn the issue over to his electrician and that they would be in touch with me tomorrow. Several days have now gone by, I have started calling daily and all I get from the office staff is the Ron will give me a call - he does not call back. Today I called again, the women if the office gave me a number for what Ron told her was the electrician... she did not know the company or the name of this person. I called the number and it goes right to voice mail.Pestguard is quick to collect your money. Between aerial termite tenting +subterranean termite treatment + quarterly general treatments, I have spent well over $2200 in the past two years with Pestguard. WHEN YOU NEED THEM TO FOLLOW UP ON AN ISSUE AS IN MY SITUATION, GOOD LUCK !!!

In the middle of having new windows installed, we uncovered old termite damage and saw some bugs in a different area that we thought might be termites. Will came out right away (within 30 minutes!) and inspected everything. Fortunately the bugs were ants. We appreciated greatly that he educated us on what to look for with live termites. He sprayed greatly around the exterior of our condo. He was very professional and did a great job. Thank you!

Because of the rain he was able to come a bit early, called ahead to make sure that that was okay, and did a very thorough job of inspecting and treating inside areas, and explaining what he was doing as he went along. He went through the whole house looking for areas where the ants might be coming in and sprayed them. Gave us some advice on how to stop ants from entering into our house.

We subscribe to their termite renewal plan. During this last annual inspection termite evidence was observed. Glad we had the plan in place as Pestguard was able to come back out and treat the infected areas under the plan at no additional charge. Technicians are professional and prompt.

Signed a contract in November of 2018. Exclusion, fumigation, and pest control. Fumigation was postponed until January, no problems there. Exclusion was performed in January. The tech barely sealed our home and we complained. Could with little force push the wire away from the house allowing entry. After constant attempts to get the technician to fix their error, we are given a new one to fix the issues. It took until the beginning of July for them to finish the exclusion of our home. It is November and we have received a renewal notice for a job that was only completed 4 months ago as well as the fact there are rodents in the attic again. I highly suggest not using this company.

The technician that came was pleasant, professional, answered all of our questions and even offered suggestions for preventing future problems. I would highly recommended Pestguard based on this experience.

Have used you for many years, and very satisfied.
