My husband and I used So Staged for rentals for our wedding and it was such a pleasure to work with Barbie. She was so helpful with finding us exactly what we envisioned for our wedding and everything was so perfect and magical. She was so responsive and flexible last minute to ensure everything was just as we wanted it. I highly recommend using So Staged for any event!!

They didnt hold up their end of the contract. Committed to buying equipment from us and told us they had sent payment. On the day there were supposed to pick up, a gentleman named Keith Green, just told me good luck and I was arrogant. In the process he really screwed another small business out of money as we now have to remove said equipment ourselves. I wouldnt do business with such a heartless person.

From my personal experience, I can say that So Staged is an amazing company to work with. The entire staff is pleasant and kind. The amount of inventory they have is endless, so much to choose from. I have nothing but positive feedback. Whats great is that they treat your event like its their own event. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

I honestly cannot say enough about this company! First class all the way, from the first contact to the very end result of the items being picked up from my venue! Barbie and Will were AMAZING!!! Their vision...ugh, im still blown away. Floral decor was on point and the rentals were in top notch condition. I cant thank them enough for making my wedding day the BEST day ever!!! I highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a florist or rentals.

I gave one star since they did fulfill their commitment to their services and another star because they allowed me to drop off the chairs and arch to my wedding at their bosss address on the beach.There was a lack in communication as there have been times where I call and no one picks up; it was hit or miss, although. more times miss than hit. The best way that I got a hold of them regardless of how urgent I felt my issue was, was by e-mail. Ive also left e-mails where, again, a couple times I got an e-mail back and the rest of the times resulted me in calling yet again.So, after my wedding was over, there was a broken chair and we didnt utilize all the chairs. I tried to speak to them to see if theres anything they can do about this and there was no communication at all from them. I e-mailed and called numerous times; there was no reply back at all. I am assuming they wanted to avoid the situation. Since I couldnt get an answer, I figure that the only option was to make this review.

Keith the owner is a very respected honest guy.he cares for his employees and customers.so much amazing products you can rent to set your event apart from everyones else.

Best company to work with when event planning. Barbie and Will went above and beyond to make sure that my wedding was perfection. From countless meetings discussing décor or flower arrangements . It didnt matter what time of day I called I could always get Barbie. She was eager to help and come up with quick solutions to fix my problems.Not only do they have fabulous décor but Will is also an amazing florist. So Staged is truly a one stop shop.I can not say enough about this company.Love, Love, Love, So Staged
